They have a great product line and are friendly. The low score? If you buy from them DO NOT use them to install. The installer tried to get by by putting broken tile together so we would not see them, filling in broken pieces with grout, the seam where not lined up and not level. During clean up they just emptied the left over grout and dirt water in the yard and left. I think I could have done better with Home Depot are Lowes.

We needed the carpet replaced in our rental/​vacation home. Doing a deal over the phone is always stressful when you’re making a big purchase. We got great carpet and wonderful service at a great price. Everything was nice and clean when we arrived to take a look at their work.
