Dillard’s

Went to Dillards today, great sale, staff were all nice, not pushy, very helpful finding my sizes etc. Will go back for sure

I love the store, but I only go for their awesome sales! I agree the employees are too pushy-​especially in the men’s adept.(one blonde female in particular). She’s not just pushy she’s says some off the wall stuff. Told my husband who was looking for a specific type of Volcom shorts he might find his type of wet/​dry shorts in another area of the store more suited for his age! Who says that!!!
Maybe they should not give commission on sales either, it just makes the employees pushy.

LOVE the merchandise BUT…
I’ve gone to this Dillard’s probably 5 times. Every time I’ve gone in, the employees are either off in groups talking, completely oblivious to what’s going on around them. Or they don’t leave you alone… They’ll follow you, even if it’s not their department. They push it to the point where I feel uncomfortable every time I go.
I wouldn’t mind it if they were nice and helpful but sadly that’s not the case. I’ve never been to a store with such rude employees.
…not sure if I’ll be returning.

I love the merchandise in the Dillards in Lake Havasu! I don’t understand managements attitude toward customer service. Every time I go in this store the employees are gathered together in different areas of the store talking amongst theirselves. They don’t even stop when a customer comes in. I am amazed that this is allowed to go on. Today I was waiting to pay for merchandise and a dept manager comes up to engage in conversation with the people that were helping me. He also was carrying a can of soda and drinking it at the counter! I must be getting old. I thought the customer was the reason you were hired. This store lacks any form of business etiquette …

I received a call stating I had won $ 200 dollars worth of Mac makeup what I received was a total of $ 70 dollars. The bag looked as someone put their hand in the bag. Why tell me I won $ 200 dollars worth makeup if I will not receive what you state. I had also put clothes on hold with my name supposedly on them. Meanwhile I went to the makeup dept. when I went back half my clothes were not on the hold rack. One of the employees I guess decided to put them back on the floor. The lady looked lost and helpless as she didn’t know what to do sad to say this was a manager. She seriously lacks customer service skills.

I love this place! Its nice, and clean. They have nice bathrooms, and they carry some major brands. It’s their version of Macy’s/Nordstrom!

Donna at the Lake Havasu, AZ Dillard’s store is the best and friendliest associate at the store. Unfortunately I will not return to the store because the rest of the associates act as though they are working at Rodeo Dr. and are very snobbish. They profile their shoppers by how they are dressed. I was totally ignore and when I asked for help I was refused by the Diningware department manager and another associate walking by told me it was not her department. I asked the Clinique person if she could call a manager and she told me she could not. The manager Virginia acted like I was scamming the store after District Manager gave me Discount on $ 399.99 Caphalon. She embarrassed me in front of associate by saying,“I want you to know this is the only thing in the store you can have discount on and this is only a one time deal for you.” Since it was the only thing I was purchasing I feel her comment was uncalled for. She was no longer apologetic for my unpleasant experience in her store.

I actually love this place. It’s the Macy’s in the desert.
But the word around town is that when their lease is up, they’re out of here. Sad, but I can’t blame them.

yay, cool store! i use to work at Dillard’s in Vegas at the Fashion Show Mall and this Dillard’s is as good as that one. will shop here more in the future!!!

This is the best, cleanest department store within the Lake Havasu City limits. Reminds me of Macys. Employees have been very nice and I have never had a bad experience. It is relatively new and opened approx. Three years ago. Best place in town to go for higher end products like sheets. I was on a mission two find high thread count sheets for our rental and found them here! Thank you Dillards!
