Bad Customer Service. They cannot keep a date they promise. The typical blame game on the parts not being available. If a professional cannot estimate a delivery date based on the amount of work required, then why are they in this business? I would use someone else in the future.

I have used Adams Collision in Lake in the Hills for repairs on my daughter’s car and for several projects related to my business. In all cases I have received top notch service and quality performance on their repair work.

Awful. Horrible customer service. Car looks ok but took almost a week when they told me 2 days with no explanation. Will never be returning !

I went back… I forgot to mention Dennis is a great guy to bad he’s working for a dumb-​ass. My back light is missing brackets that hold it in place. surprise surprise! I again asked to have the owner but have not heard from him considering the past I probably never will. It’s funny that I found 1 website that had good reviews since I can’t find anymore I’m sure the same person that wrote all 4 of them since they use the same phrases. :) What a joke
