Safelite AutoGlass

I had my windshield fixed recently an the Tech they sent was extremely efficient. Took less than an hour. I watched as he masterfully replaced the windshield with not a motion wasted. I would highly recommend Safelite

My wife’s van got a chip on the windshield, they came and put a new one in. After I got home from work I look at the work that was done. It was bad. Glue all over the van. The rubber around the window was not in all the way. Looked like poop. So the came and fixed it. A++ on that. Now a mouth or 2 later. The ran came now it leaks. Let see how they fix it.

I was so pleased with the way I was able to book an appointment and with the technician that came out to fix the window. It was super easy and submitting photos of what I needed thru the mobile app saved everyone alot of time as I actually asked for the wrong window to be repaired, they caught it, rescheduled my appt for same time next day and I didn’t have to do anything. It was excellent… very pleased and worth every penny. The mobile method for appointment setting is awesome!

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this location due to an insurance claim I was doing on my truck. After several days of them making appointments with me, only to NOT SHOW UP, (major inconvenience when you are taking time off of work to make the appointment) finding out they ordered the wrong glass for my truck, lack of communication regarding the scope of the job and what it would take to get it done, then the manager calling me to «make good» on the service I had received, only to not follow through on the promises he directly made to me, I vow to never do business with Safelite again. My insurance company resorted to getting a quote from them (against my wishes) since I refused to do business with them anymore, and ended up taking it to my own choice of repair shops, they got the amount of the quote wrong as well. They quoted $ 900.00 on a $ 1,900.00 job! Of course we appealed that and got everything covered fully, and rightly so! They are incompetent and a major headache to deal with. Go elsewhere!

This location has great customer service. Angel and Dave were genuine and really cared about getting my Jeep fixed. My Jeep was broken into and my rear passenger window was smashed. I was impressed with the entire process. I sent an email to Safelite Autoglass at 6pm and by 6am the next morning someone called me and walked me through the process. I also had to change locations twice and they were very accomodating. Once I dropped off my vehicle, the minute I pulled up Angel could tell the wrong glass was ordered (Jeep Cherokee vs. Jeep Grand Cherokee) He apologized and assured me it would be fixed the following day. By 2pm the next day, my Jeep was ready to go. When I picked up the vehicle Dave apologized again and was friendly and genuine.
