Brazosport Locksmith

I would first like to say I have used this place 3 times in the last 6 months. Keys locked in vehicle of course… Every time was 50 dollars. Ok, no big deal right… Well today my daughter wanted to go to the library. Long story short keys was in seat and there goes the door… Keys locked in again… So I got on the phone and called this place again… It was a little after 5:30… Man answered and told me because it was after 5 it was gonna be 100 dollars. What??? Now come on double the price. This place is right around the corner from where I was. I might understand if it was late to double the price. Now I would have understood it being a little higher even 75 would have been fair but not double… So this place just lost my business and they was doing pretty good making money from me till today… The man I talked to was very rude which there was no need for. Reason was because after I talked to him I called another number not knowing it was the same business. So I asked for a quote and his reply was. I just talked to you and the price is the same. In a ugly voice. You know that is not very professional at all… I’m 43 and have been in business for many years and I will assure you that is not how you treat customers. I did get a nice person to help me I will not put on here the name of the company because I’m not like that. But please call around and don’t let these people talk to you ugly just because they think you need them. There are plenty more locksmiths around this area that are very nice and want to help you instead of it seeming like you are bothering them. Bad Business!!!
