I dropped my phone twice and it cracked so bad I was afraid that it would never work again. I came and the guy fixed my phone in 16 minutes and I was back in time for my class! This place is great, I definitely recommend it.

I wish I would have checked Unilocal before going to this place, I was trying to help out a local business by giving them some work they told me it would take a day or 2 then a week and a half later I go to pick up my iPad because I needed the screen replaced and in large letters on my customer copy it says (black screen) my screen was white and since it was getting replaced I wanted a black one. When I pick it up the screen is white exactly what I did not want and my phone number was right at the top they told me the black screen must not have been in stock, (ok then, guess what, those 10 digits where it says phone number, is this super secret hidden way of communicating with people!) Come on not even a phone call to ask me if I still wanted to proceed with the repair or wait for the screen to get ordered. Then I never even got offered a discount for the mess up. I paid and when I got home there are these lines through my iPad that look like hash marks like on a football field I asked the owner when I dropped it off if the screen will look clear as it did when I first bought the iPad and he said yes, So I’m very irritated that this company. I just can’t believe a technology company does not know how to use a phone and on top of that the iPad turned out looking like $hit. I will be getting a hold of my credit card company to get my money back for a job that I feel was the biggest rip off ever. Screens cost $ 20 – 50 online I paid $ 140 and was not even offered my money back or the option for them to fix the clear error in regards to the color I wanted.

Screen Replacement BEWARE! I paid $ 160 to have the screen on my iphone 5 replaced. Everything seemed fine when I picked it up, however soon after I realized that the screen never really fit. I was constantly pushing it back into place. Not only that, They also damaged one of the pixels as well. I have since moved away from Lake Jackson, so I cannot just go back and complain.
