LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE from Jessica who states she’s been there 8 years and knows it all. Not once did she try to help me out it was simply NO, NO and NO. Perhaps its time to get another job.
I went there 3 times for assistance and she was the only person working there and had the WORST customer service I’ve had in years. I simply wantted to print a headline on another paper and at first she stated she couldnt do it because the paper was to thick. So I cut it and gave her one sheet now he says shes cant bexause it wouldnt work on their printers.
I tried it on the self service and was able to get my job done. Dissapointed FEDEX
FYI — A gentleman in front of me was also told no when he wanted to ship a box due to the tape. Which was sad because he offered to buy the tape there.

All I can say is amazing. I have used this place in the past, but I always forget to review this place. Every time I ship or print anything, the people who work here have always worked hard to keep the customers happy. Always. If you end up waiting too long, they try to remedy it with even better customer service. They truly care about the happiness and professionalism if this FedEx center. Truly refreshing to not have to deal with a center who give you attitude for the smallest thing, like paying for postage. Here, you’ll leave comfortable and happy that you’ve been to a great FedEx with no stress haunting you afterwards.
