Office Depot

Had not been to this Office Depot before but went after work a couple weeks ago and really like it. I needed some items for my kids for college and the Manager who was helping me was very knowledgeable and helpful and I realized it was Colin from the OD in Winter Park. Had wondered what happened to him? There was a really angry customer that kept interrupting us and I felt so bad for him, but he handled the rude woman amazingly well. Will go back to this one all the time now.

I was in a hurry and needed some printer ink fast. I called the location and the guy on the phone was quick to check the aisles to see if they had it. Sure enough, they had it! I drove over there, found it within seconds and was checked out quickly. There was only one lady in line ahead of me, but a worker ran over just to open up another cash register for me. Now THAT is service. Great job Office Depot!!!

I have always had great service here. I live really close and I can get in and out quickly.

Every time I visit there, one or more of these happens: A wrong price or tag is put up, a wrong price comes up on an item (59.99 instead of 9.99), the cashier needs to wait for a manager to do an override, does not know how to put in a transaction, does it wrong, and has to done again or by a manager, an order was not ready when promised, a custom order was done incorrectly, and I have to come back again, They do it again for half price. Workers do not know what they have or where they are, wrong information about how their promotional systems work is given out, Clerks may say hello, but do not wait to find out what help you need. At the Cashier, I often need to walk way back in the store to where I purchased an item to prove a wrong price charged. The bar code and other information on the rewards key tag wears off easily and quickly. It is a five minute walk from where I live, and they often have a variety of good sale items. My Rewards card collects money for a gift card at the end of the year. These are the reasons why I go there so often. Otherwise, my favorite office store is Staples. There is a large «now hiring» sign in the window. There is a 12% unemployment rate here in Florida, retailers traditionally lay off workers this month on January. They keep closing or relocating stores. Something is wrong here.
