Regency Endocrinology and Diabetes

My general doctor referred me to this doctor to get my thyroid tested. I called make an appointment no one answers so I left a message to call me back. No one called me back. So I called again during the time they were not at lunch and still no one picks up so I left another message and again no one called me back. Third time I was actually able to speak with a person and schedule my appointment. Then I continue to have issues when I get a call from the doctor about my lab results and to make a follow up appointment. So here we go again. I call and this time their mailbox is full so I can’t leave a message. So I call again later on the week and left a message and again I got no call back. So I just made a follow up appointment with my general doctor. She tells me to call back this doctor to see what needs to be done about my results. So I called them again and was surprised when someone actually picked up but when I explained to the receptionist why I was calling neither her or the doctor knew what I was talking about. I do not plan on calling back. It should not be this complicated.
