BEWARE HMO patients!!! A basic cleaning is unheard of here! Don’t be fooled by the warn reception when you enter the dental office followed by a one hour tour of the office.
You are shown the bathroom, chair massage room, X-​ray room, and two eval rooms. Next, you are placed in a separate room where you enter to see the doctor degrees on the wall where you are told to look at them and you begin to fill out your paperwork. Next, you are presented with a beautiful packaged gift you encouraged to open your purple and white ceramic mug with itheir. business name on it. The second hour, you get greeted by the dr. After your X-​rays for a quick eval. Just when you think they may be ready to start cleaning your teeth, the doc comes in again in the 2^nd room where they move you and try to control your personal belongings by putting your purse out of reach. You know the drill, 1,1,1, 3,2,3, Q, 4 etc. you quickly realize they are making your mouth condition seems worse than it is and they tell you you need a deep scaling cleaning in each quadrant of your mouth cost, expensive… before you can get your teeth cleaned because there are no such thing as a routine cleaning… haha joke. This is when you tell them to go to hell… if not, you may spend money for a problem you don’t have. Do like me and get up and btw, you have to stop by the finance office to make your co pay then run and never go back… it’s a joke… two hours later, no work done since I refused their so called needed treatment as if I have never been to a dentist on a regular basis and didn’t know my own mouth. I hope this helps you… unfortunately this a trend at these dental offices.

This place is the best! Great people and the quality of work is fantastic! I can’t begin to tell you how great my experience has been. I’ve been coming here for nearly three years and I’ve never had a bad experience. I’ve had a lot of different dental procedures done and Dr. Falco has always taken the time to explain the procedure and to follow up to ensure everything is going okay afterward. And the staff –oooh the staff. They all rock! Michelle, Joanne, Jennifer — the whole crew is so friendly and they take the time to get to know their patients. It makes going to the dentist a lot easier!

I love my dentist. And you know what, you need to love the place where you are about to let other people mess with your mouth. I certainly do here. The staff is always very friendly and check you in fast. I once had a car accident and the next day early in the morning they were ready to attend me. Although they are very far from where I live now, I still drive to this location because I only trust Dr. Falco. Thank you all for the great service you have all given to me and my family all these years.
