1 only because I can not go zero, or negative., booked thru groupon for power washing on my condo. very little siding, but wanted it to look great for the summer. set up appointment for 1 to 3 pm. came home 12:30 as truck was pulling away. stopped him and he informed me that my windows were just cleaned. not service I wanted. he pulled away, came back 15 min. later and power washed? my condo. horrible job. more clean up for me and looks bad. owner also informed me I could have gotten better price without groupon. also a $ 30 charge for being out of Oakland county. hmmmm I live less then 1 mile from Oakland county. no more for me with this company

Scheduling was a bit challenging, as I live out of their normal service area, and there was some confusion with additional fees ($ 30 for out of area), but overall I was satisfied and recommend them. Brandon, the owner, was very friendly and respectful in my home, removing his shoes, and honoring special requests to not move certain blinds and furniture. I had my windows cleaned inside and outside, as well as my screens and skylights. They looked better immediately. He seemed very knowledgeable about windows and came across as trustworthy. I would definitely hire them again, although I would purchase directly from them, and not through Groupon, since that’s where the fee confusion came in. It looks like they have good discounts offered on their website that were comparable to Groupon, so I’d still be getting a good deal.
