Buffalo Wild Wings

This location always knocks it out of the park from food to staff. Like mist people I’ve been to many locations but this is my fave.
Not to mention the deck that overlooks the lake.
They had bud light on special but ran out after ordering but would not honor the price for anything else. Who runs out of Bud light, really…

I had a craving for delicious Mango Habanero, so my hubby and I popped up on a Sunday afternoon to watch the Lions win (did hell freeze over?). We had Kevin as a server, super nice and attentive without being overbearing. The location was beautiful and the inside was super clean. After so many issues with other Bdubs, we had stopped going completely but felt like we found a new place to love and enjoy. 5 star visit!
Next visit, we popped up late on a Friday night and sat at the bar. Food was fast and delicious and server was great. We thought we really nailed it and had a place to swing up on those late work nights. 5 star visit.
Third visit, things started to take a down turn and quickly… My buddy was up visiting our house and we decided to show him that not all Bdubs sucked. And we ate our words! The three of us were sat in the bar area (we request to sit as far away from kids as possible– not that we dont like kids but we just prefer a quiet and relaxing meal! So we ALWAYS skip Wednesday). As we were finishing up our food, I feel something wet and gross getting thrown in my hair! Two little girls were throwing things from the basketball and play area… and smack, I got hit again. I could not believe that parents would tolerate that behavior!!! And smack! Here came a third! I saw the girls run back to their table, so I calmly went over to the table to let the parents know. I know my parents would appreciate someone telling them if I was misbehaving and you better believe it would have been corrected but not this set of three parents. They assured me that «their little angels would never do that.» Are you kidding? Whatever, no need for any scene or anything, I just walked away and of course a little frustrated. We could not finish our beers fast enough because those same brats went back to the basketball area and started throwing stuff again. I then informed the manager who did absolutely nothing about it. So, we didnt finish our beers and just left. 1 star for a horrible manager.
Fourth visit, ordered the staple mango hab boneless and three of the «nuggets» didnt even have meat on them (you can see in the pictures). Never got bev napkins although the waitress, Cassidy, promised every single time. Beers went empty for periods of time and overall she was very absent. So, we went elsewhere to drink. 1 star… maybe 1.25.
Our last visit and I can promise you our last visit. We popped up there thinking that this place could not possibly be that bad and thought we should try it again. It put the icing on the cake. Food was ok, still had chunks of breading as opposed to actual meat nuggets, waitress was ok… but there were kids running FULL SPEED almost and actually hitting/​running into servers, knocking over items on trays. First of all, shame on the crappy parents of Lake Orion. Shame on you for not having any control of your kids. Second, shame on the management for not saying anything to the parents to protect the servers– food is hot, beers are served in glasses… spilling can cause injuries to your staff and patrons. Last straw, we wont return.

Beer was warm. Took 1 hr to get the wrong order of food. Took 30 minutes to get the first warm beer. Tv lost signal with 1 minute left in football game. Was charged the wrong price on the bill. Terrible place. Manager completely overwhelmed and did not come by to assist.

Just finished a complete overhaul renovation and the restaurant looks great Food was served fast tonight and better than ever.

Never been disappointed here. Great spot to hang out with friends, enjoy craft beer, and wings ofcourse.

Good location. Very attentive wait staff (borderline too attentive). Wings came out well for two out of three in the party. The other person’s wings came with very little sauce and not fresh. But the other two orders came out sauce-​covered and fresh.

This location has the best outdoor patio I know of in the Detroit Area. Good food, friendly staff and management. Decent selection of Michigan Beers. And they have Sporcle Live Trivia on Tuesdays at 8!

My boneless wings were as dry and hard as my shit after weeks of not drinking water. They weren’t too bad
