Waited approx 20 min for no service. Already knew what I wanted (rockhopper 29 sport) they proceeded to serve other customers first even though I had arrived first. So I called other bike shops near my location which is 50 miles away and bought it elsewhere. Your lose on a $ 900 sale.

Took two bikes in for repair. Took a half hour for anyone to acknowledge we were there even though there was a man sitting in the office at the computer who could clearly see us. He finally came out and basically said the one bike was irreparable without some serious fabrication work and the other was basically not worth fixing. We took them to the old Scarlett’s shop in Pontiac and they fixed them in a day, no fabrication needed and no opinions on whether they were good or bad bikes.
We try to shop local in Lake Orion but would not recommend this bike shop.

Exceptional customer service. Nice product selection. I wiped out on a trail and brought my bike in. They fixed it on the spot, no charge. They may be a little pricier than online, but the continued support and service is worth it.
