Milosch’s Palace Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I purchase a mini convertible out of the used car lot in 2014. I do not review many places, but I was inspired by reading that I wasn’t alone in my experience. I’d call my experience mediocre at best. The sales person was unresponsive and unfriendly. He did not return my calls or emails. If I didn’t want this car so much, and could have found another mini convertible in the same price range elsewhere, I would have never bought from this dealership. Tires were bald on the car and had to be replaced immediately. This was not disclosed or mentioned. Oil change had not been done in at least 15,000 miles. Which was easy to find out due to the computer on the car. They obviously had no service done on this 5 year old vehicle prior to putting it up for sale. It had been a trade in. The mini dealership had all the records for the services done on that vin #. No other services had been performed elsewhere.
Since my purchase I have received numerous emails and robo calls from this dealership, which I will never return to. No personal touch to the experience whatsoever. Surprised that they are allowed to sell vehicles for Fiat Chrysler. Terrible.

Recently purchased a T&C from Milosch’s Palace CDJR and had the best experience. We worked with John O’Connor who was very professional, quick to respond and more than willing to help us find the perfect T&C. Thank you for the great service!

Went here for a new lease on a vehicle and to see if they could get me out of my current lease early. Contacted their internet sales department and was met at the dealership by a salesman named Tony. We sat down and I explained to him my situation. He said he’d would try to run some numbers and get me some quotes. Meanwhile he wanted to have my current vehicle appraised.
So we went out on their lot to look and their inventory. I wanted to look at Rams, Grand Cherokees, and possibly the Charger. After walking the lot a bit he showed me a few cars but never the Ram. We then went back in and just sat there again talking as he punched in keys on his computer. I finally asked to drive a Cherokee and he got me a key. We then got in my car, the sales guy driving, and circled the lot looking for the vehicle. Upon finding it he took of in my car to get it appraised. I took the Cherokee for a quick drive and returned.
I sat down at his sales desk where he was nowhere to be found for about 10 minutes. As he came back all we did was talk. No numbers given, no quotes, nothing. He then asked that I wasn’t going to pull the proverbial trigger at this moment and could I come back in two days cause he had a delivery at that moment with another customer! I said oh yeah, sure man and left.
I never went back in. I got a call from their sales department and told them the situation. Tony then called me back and it was like we never talked before! Asked for more numbers and quotes plus a quote for my girl who is in the same situation. He said he’d run them. He never called back and it’s been another two days.
Don’t think I’ll bother with Chrysler as a whole and that dealership is not worth it.

On Thursday, August 20^th after receiving a verbal quote on a T&C. They refused to provide a written quote and we had no choice but to go in person. We met with the sales person and were pleased with the price provided (we did a significant amount of shopping prior to this). We agreed to the purchase and put a deposit down. This was going to be a cash sale. I requested the ability to pay by personal check. The sales person checked with the sales manager and came back and told me that a personal check would be accepted and that I need to call 3 days prior to pick up with my checking account number so that funds could be verified. On Wednesday, August 26^th, 3 days prior to scheduled pick up, I called. After leaving several messages for my sales person I was finally informed that he wasn’t working that day. Shortly after I placed a call to the sales manager. The sales manager told me there was no way he would ever accept a personal check. I asked him to call my sales person since he was the one who told me he would accept my check. The manager said he didn’t have to speak to the sales person because he wasn’t going to accept my form of payment. I said I guess you don’t want my business and that I had put a deposit down. He told me I could come and pick up my deposit. While in writing this sound pretty bland, as it was transpiring, I can’t even convey how rude and nasty this sales manager was. I was stunned with how quickly he decided that my money wasn’t good enough for him. I felt so insulted to have been treated this way and believe I was spoken to like this because I am a woman. Immediately after getting off the phone with this nasty person I called Golling Chrysler whom I had received a quote from and made an appointment to go there at 4:45pm that afternoon. By 5:00pm, I wrote my check and purchased my T&C. I took delivery the next day. I also went to Palace the next morning (Thursday morning) and got my deposit refunded.
Palace Chrysler is terrible. They don’t honor what they tell you and they certainly don’t value you as a customer. If the owners and upper management condone a sales manager speaking this way to a customer it must come right from the very top. I also think they view female customers as inferior and think they can bully and insult a woman. For this lady it is not the case. I took my cash and bought my van from a reputable and kind dealership.
I hope that people read this review and decide to take their business to a different dealership. I can guarantee that if you don’t you will be the next person writing a 1 star review. I read through all of the reviews and had to laugh since so many people had such horrendous experiences as Palace. They are all true. In this instance believe what you are reading.

**** Update 08.03.15: taking this back down to one star. Don’t go here. The owner wasn’t willing to send the $ 80 worth of mats until we agreed to update to a four star review. Not happening.
***Update 07.23.15: There was one an employee at this dealership (had to remove name because Unilocal doesn’t like that), is their saving grace. On the last day before our tags were set to expire she was able to confirm for us that our paperwork and extended tags were indeed being overnighted so that we could properly register our new vehicle. She treated us like human beings, called us several times during the process to check in and helped to ease the pain/​frustration of the whole situation by getting us the all weather mats at no cost. Thank you for your hard work lady. I hope they give you a raise and hire more people like you!

7.15.15 We are beyond disappointed after our recent car purchase from here. We should have walked out the door after driving an hour back to the dealership and having them tell us they already sold the car we told them we were coming to purchase (and pay for in full, not finance) and no one called us to let us know. They showed us two others that cost $ 500 and $ 1000 more and refused to knock the price down for their failure. We asked if they’d throw in some all weather mats for their mess up and they refused.
We still proceeded to I through with purchasing it. Then our salesperson was so flighty that it took us over 3 hours to even purchase the car because he kept running off to do other things. Then, after purchasing and 5 minutes before we were getting ready to leave — they tell us they don’t even have the Manufacturers statement of authenticity that we need to get the title straightened out. All of this also took place with them knowing that we had to drive to a different state the next day to register the car and my significant other was about to leave on a deployment with the army. We ended up being there another 45 minutes to try to understand what needed to happen to get the paper work to the correct places so that I could actually legally drive the car after he deployed.
We were given 15 day tags and told 30 day tags would be over-​nighted and they’d send the paperwork to his parents in the state we needed to register the car in (and consequently had to give them power of attorney too). Well… It’s two weeks later and nothing. We called last week and they — yet again — said they were supposed to over night it but the lady didn’t know if it had been or if it was sent in regular mail. I have one day left on the tags and won’t be able to legally drive the car now until they send the new tags or find the MSO so we can get the title/​plates. If they don’t get their act together…

Their wi-​Fi connection is terrible which stinks when you have to work while waiting for your car to be serviced.
The popcorn is still outstanding.

The worst service you will ever encounter. Had 3 people ask me if my car was done before they would go get it… nope I’m just here hoping to pick it up a bit early guess that call about it being done didn’t mean anything. Finally got my car back and the problem wasn’t fixed in the slightest. Had to leave it there an extra night. Never again. Everyone was incredibly rude.

I bought snow tires and rims here for an off-​brand car. Great pricing and great service. No hassles at all. OH! And free popcorn and coffee? That’s pretty awesome too.

I can’t, with a clear conscience, recommend the service department at the Milosch’s Palace. However, I have a warranty with them (never again), so I’m stuck at least for another year.
Interacting with them is sort of like dealing with a brick wall (because, for the most part, they do not listen to you as a layman) with attitude (primarily arrogance: «I fixed everything correctly and I tested everything correctly… so there is no way anything could still be wrong.») I understand that people make mistakes and people have bad days, but a bad attitude during the entire experience makes me think it’s the culture rather than a bad week. I could go on, but I think that covers the gist of my experience.
The second star is for the service manager, who follows up on service work. So, finally after a second visit, the initial issue was fixed!
Note: someone will probably check your windshield while you wait and ask if they can repair it… Maybe it’s been a number of years since I’ve went to another dealership, but that’s never happened anywhere else.

I would not recommend this place even to the sketchiest ex.
But, if you must go use caution, read up things too look out fpr at shady dealerships, and get everything in writing.
We were lured in with a bait-​and-​switch ad. They advertised a great advertisement on a Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo that they did not even have. My husband called before we went, but could not get any information over the phone. Conveniently, they had a many of the more expensive trims. We bit the bullet and proceeded to purchase the vehicle. A few paperwork shenanigans later (after the delivery of said vehicle), I am quite sure that there were some shady things with the purchase price and my trade-​in, However, without any paperwork, I’m at a loss to prove it. That’s a horrible feeling to have, and an expensive lesson learned.
Further, when I picked up the new vehicle, it was neither washed nor gassed. It was at the end of the day, so I understand the rush. However, the odometer statement I signed was for 18 miles when in reality it had twenty more (38) when I actually took delivery. Someone sure had a great time!
Overall, I cannot recommend unless you’re the savviest of buyers looking confirm their suspicions about car dealerships and go somewhere else anyway.

It must be a requirement to use as many cheesy car-​salesman cliches as possible. It was really an insult to my intelligence I was being told anything and everything to try and sell me a car. I went in with a print out of the options and features I wanted, only to be told ‘nah. you don’t want that. This one here is what you want. ‘.
It’s a very busy dealership. must be due to the fact it is the closest dealer to the Chrysler headquarters. Your really treated like a number. When I’ve taken my truck in for service, it was done poorly. Poor communication, and impersonal.

Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever encountered! I dropped my vehicle off around 10 am and awaited a phone call (which according to the rep would be around 1pm). Thirty minutes later I called and left a message on her voice mail, but she failed to return my call. After waiting until 2:30 I returned to the dealership to retrieve my vehicle only to find it had not even been brought in for an inspection.
When I approached the rep, all I received were excuses. Too many vehicles, an unclear message, blah blah blah. Whatever! Oh, and by the way, beware of the CONTRACT oil change service that they lock you into for two years.

Horrible service department, wouldn’t help me with a simple lugnut problem, service rep wouldn’t even get out of his seat to look at it, just told me to come back another day, after the second time I went there
