Update. It turned out that I had bat bugs… similar to bed bugs in that they look like bed bugs but come into the house via bats. They are everywhere not just by the bed. Presido did another treatment once the bats were removed and the bug issue was resolved. Great customer service. Very supportive and knowledgeable about your stress and concerns. Highest reccomendation!

Chris came over today after my roommates and I had a great fear that bedbugs were roaming! He called within the hour and came to the home same day. He went room to room and showed me how to identify bedbugs if it were to be a problem. Luckily we just had some carpet beetles who had nested in left food from a lazy roomie. They are extremely helpful and didn’t charge for a consult! Would recommend the friendly service.
