I am giving these guys such a low rating, due to the fact that their customer service is non-existent. Literally, one of the worst companies I have had to deal with, ever. No sorry, no thank you for your business, no effort to compensate for my troubles. They broke our doors the first time around and had to redo them. Our contractor was basically done with the house, the shower doors were the last thing to go in, he asked them to call us and let us know what was going on. Nothing. I finally called them, spoke with the receptionist, Rebeccah. When I asked about the doors she said she didn’t know anything. Then when I told her I heard they were broken, she says, ‘yep’, so you just lied to me then. No sorry, no real response. I said, this is pretty inconvenient. She doesn’t seem to care. She wouldn’t give me an answer of when they might be ready. I asked her to call me, she told me she would call my contractor, and maybe she would call me, too. I finally spoke with a mgr., who wasn’t much more helpful. We had a privacy band put in. They screwed up on that order, so when they finally brought the doors the band was half the size. I call Sheila, and tell her, and she tries to say it was my mistake, again, no apology, no feeling of them taking any responsibility. I tell her I’m looking at the quote and it says exactly the measurements. Again, no apology. Then they call us 1.5wks later, which we thought they had put a rush job on the doors at this point. They say, we want to make a sugg. for the doors. it took you guys this long to give us an alternative, are you kidding me?! They drop off this black and white sketch of a poss drawing of some alternative so they don’t have to waste the material. Seriously?! if you are trying to change someone’s mind and have done this sort of thing before, then at least give them a full color picture of another job that was similar, and don’t wait a freaking week and a half. Finally, very frustrated with the whole thing, we ask them in our kindest manner to just do what we asked for, since we had no idea how their suggestion would look. AFter almost 10wks later(of course they didn’t actually promise any sort of time they would deliver them because they don’t do that) they finally delivered them, but failed to install the hand towel holder, again, now for the 3rd time that they have come. Oh, it wasn’t on our list of things to do. When I specifically had that corrected with the mgr., who seemed to have this other quote, that no one else but she had seen, told me that it was only for 3. I would never use this company again, the doors are great, but the ridiculousness of their customer service and their complete disdain for anyone else involved in the process, truly makes them a very awful company. Seriously, could you have even offered to compensate me?!
