Holy balls, I was disappointed. I was hoping for some fun, like zumba. The class was like my mom’s aerobics set to more current music. The moves were not safe for people with any kind of back issues, and there weren’t options given by the instructor. The space smelled like stale cigarettes and it’s all fluorescent lighting and plain blah-​gray walls. Not fun.

Great workout, fun music and dance moves. Very friendly studio. Would highly recommend!

Great instructors. Great workout (you sweat). Lots of fun music. Lots of class times to choose from. Not expensive. Best class is Saturday mornings at 9:15 and then going to the Farmers Market after.
