Brandy is fantastic! Brandy Oliver-​Fuller and her team are seasoned experts. They always go above & beyond, making the escrow process as smooth as it could possibly be.

Lost our trust. Had excuses for every mistake they made. Then they promised the changes would take place. We paid our bank to do a wire transfer but Lawyers Title did NOT transfer all the funds resulting in us having to drive in and pick up the remaining funds as a check. They flat out LIED to us. No concern on their part for what impact their incompetence had. I would never ever use Lawyers Title again. The thing that really got to us is that we emailed Kathleen Kirtley numerous times and called asking if they needed anything. They still made several mistakes. Always with an excuse. Disappointed in their lack of professionalism. While meeting with Jenny McGuire at the Clackamas branch, we were concerned about the papers not being correct. We called Kathleen to confirm we could adjust and initial. We were surprised at how little they knew and how little they tried to do a good job. At least that is how it appeared. Doing business with Lawyers Title cost us time and money. I think their motto should be «no sacrifice is too great for the client».
