We’ve worked with Mark /Omni a few times in the past with good results. He was our go to guy. On February 12, we had an incident and called for service. He said Monday, 2⁄15 would be fine. When Monday came around, he said he couldn’t make it and so we scheduled for Thursday 2⁄17. My wife took off work to await him, however he NEVER showed. When she called, he said he forgot to put it in his calendar. And he NEVER followed up again. I ended up fixing part of the issue a week later, however, the opener doesn’t engage and thus I sent an email on March 8th. HENEVERRESPONDED. So much for immediate service — there’s NOSERVICE! It’s disappointing to say the least and now I’m going to order a part and try and fix it myself. If that doesn’t work, I’ll find another garage door service company. We’re done.
