I took in a lux vehicle with an outdated audio system. Ken and crew couldnt be nicer and more accomodating. The only disappointment was they did not anticipate the job properly which wound up taking way more time to install and then the equipment didnt really allow for the sound to be right. However they did not charge a dime for the extra labor and did the best they could considering the challenges they didnt anticipate
Overall I would recommend them, just be sure they take a good look at the car

Last year I bought a «98 camaro & I’ve been working on it since, little by little. Well, now that I fixed all the mechanical issues that the car had I was ready to fix & upgrade the stereo. I took the car here for an estimate & I thought it was reasonable so I went with them after getting three estimates from here & two other shops. I replaced my radio with a double din radio with Navigation, SiriusXm, CD/​DVD, Bluetooth, iPod Integration & HD Radio. I also replaced all the speakers. In addition to that I also had them install a 4 channel amp, 2 channel amp, 2 12» subwoofers, a backup camera & I had them upgrade the battery from 1 lead acid battery to 4 AGM batteries.
On 2÷3÷15 I brought the car in to have the work done. I decided to installed the backup camera in the 11^th hour & they didn’t charge me any extra to install it.
I picked up the car on 2÷6÷15.
I drove the car for a few days & the stereo sounded great, however I noticed that the car was harder to start. So I took the car back & they looked it over, initially they only installed two AGM batteries & they wanted to install two more & wire them in parallel, Well I only drove the camaro & they said it would 3 – 4 hours to install the other batteries. The owner Ken offered to drive my girlfriend & myself home & we live in Jupiter which is about a 10 mile drive. They upgraded the batteries & the car now starts just like it did before this was on 2÷11÷15.
On 2÷13÷15 I went back for yet a third time, because I noticed that the speaker in the drivers door wasn’t putting out any sound. I asked them to look @ it. This time I had my girlfriend follow me there. I left the car with them for a few hours & when I went back Ken told me that because the window goes all the way down in the door, when I put the window down it unplugged the speaker. So to fix it they removed the speaker & rotated it so the terminals would be out of the way of he window track. They also did the same on the passenger side to prevent it from happening again.
I supplied them with all the stereo components, all they supplied was the radio bezel, the AGM batteries & the wires for the amps & the subwoofers.
Ken & Logan are EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGABLE & FRIENDLY.
When my alternator wears out I’m going to go back to have them install a high output alternator. Which will probably be in the next six months.

Went in looking to upgrade my car’s stock speaker system. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. I was given multiple options for what I could do from the very knowledgable manager, Ken. They were very helpful and flexible working around the budget I had and I ended up with much improved speakers and an amplifier in the trunk that you cannot even tell is there with the option to add more later on. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely be returning in the future.

I found Audio Props after having a problem with one of their local competitors (see link below). They were able to schedule me in within the limited time frame I had available and provided the work I needed at a reasonable price. The owner/​operator was very friendly and provided insight on what would be best for my car. They wound up going above and beyond what I requested. I highly recommend this shop for both purchasing and service.

I spent $ 40 for them to remove stereo tell me they couldn’t fix it and then put it back in. Not quite what I was expecting, but they are nice people.

WOW! so glad I found these guys. I needed some extra base in my yukon xl, but I did not want a big box in the back. (need the space with triplets…) so they suggested a concealed box under the center console, It was the right decision! It sounds amazing, and I did not lose much space.
