Worst service department ever. They installed a new system in my home a few months ago. When the technician left he said he needed to install a new circuit breaker but he didn’t have one, and someone would call me within the next couple of days to schedule an appt to install this new breaker. A few weeks go by and my new AC unit starts making loud noises and I called them to see about this breaker and check on the noise. Technician shows up WITHOUT the breaker and proceeds to tell me that they serviced the new unit incorrectly when it was installed and he had taken care of it. Then he says someone would call me to schedule appt for new breaker. A few more weeks go by and nothing from CMI. So I call them for a third time, and I was told that Danielle from the service dept would be contacting me. Never heard from them. So by now we are months after the install and I call them for a fourth time, same story Danielle would call me back. That was 4 days ago and still haven’t heard from anyone. Bottom line is there are plenty of AC companies to use, if I were you I would keep looking if you are considering CMI. I wouldn’t use them ever again. I went with them because they had the cheapest quote– you get what you pay for I guess.
