It’s not a bad place and has the potential for some good sized fish. However it recently was opened to the public so it’s getting slammed pretty hard by every local wanting to try it out. Definitely recommend using a boat vs bank fishing so you can get to the less pressured areas. Also you will not only need a GA Fishing License but a «Moody» Fishing License which last time I checked was $ 5 per day with no yearly option which can be pricey if you’re wanting to bring the family. Oh they have playgrounds and cabins but don’t know much about those..
