$ 2.75 for a shirt? $ 7.50 for a pair of pants? Who are they kidding? Ridiculous prices and not any better than much less expensive places($ 1.50 for a shirt and $ 5.50 for pants). What are we paying for? Eco-friendly soap? I go across the street now.

My wife and I are dumbfounded by this place. They always do a fantastic job with our clothes. The service and staff are great. Orders are ready on-time. However — when they ask whether or not I’d like creases in my pants, most pants are cleaned and returned to me with creaeses in them. Upon subsequent visits, I asked if they could please make certain that the pants had no creases. They happily obliged; however, each time my pants came back with creases. The manager then wrote in the little plastic slip with specific instructions, in bold letters, on both sides«NOCREASES». By now, I’m sure you can guess the result.(Creases again!) If I had more ambition, I’d probably take my dry cleaning elsewhere. Alas, I end up choosing procrastination and Unilocal
