A to Z Appliance Repair

My refrigerator and it’s freezer stopped working. I moved to the area a couple of years ago and had no established TRUSTWORTHY contact for appliance repairs. I began my search for a repair company through Unilocal and also the BBB website. A to Z Appliance Repair had OUTSTANDING REVIEWS on both sites so I contacted them and I can’t express how glad I am that I did! Leonard ARRIVED PROMPTLY. He was VERY COURTEOUS and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. He explained everything thoroughly about the problem and needed repair. He additionally took the time to educate me on issues with 2 of my other appliances and he gave me some care tips about them that are not found in your owners manuals. Who do you know that does that ??? His repair bill was VERY REASONABLE and AFFORDABLE. What a NICE GUY who’s not out to rob your pocket book. On a rating scale of 10 being the BEST SERVICE you could possibly ask for… I’d give him a 15 !!! I am telling all of my family and neighbors about this company and Leonard. WHAT A TRUE BLESSING HE IS!

Highly recommend A to Z repair! Our refrigerator stopped working on us, we called Sears first because it was a Kenmore and they told us it sounded like a compressor which would be too costly to repair and suggested we buy a new one. We spent days shopping but were not able to take on such a large expense so my husband called A to Z for a second opinion. Not only did Leonard provide some troubleshooting steps for him but when my husband called him back with the results, Leonard came over within the hour (at 7pm) to look at it. He found the circuit board was blown and the part was discontinued so he soldered it and replaced one other part. Repair charges were VERY reasonable and MUCH less than having to buy a new refrigerator
