Terrible customer service. These employees should learn a little something called manners. Won’t be returning here unless it’s to complain to the manager.

Food was fine and correct but the freaky fast part was not. It took well over 10 minutes for 3 sandwiches when no one else was in the store. The staff was not all that friendly and we’re constantly playing on their phones while we were there. They weren’t unfriendly, just didn’t seem to care that much.

Gotta take a star away. Those workers need to slow down and read the tickets!!! 0⁄2 on today’s sandwiches… So they make me the correct sandwich about 35−40% of the time.

Tried to order delivery but at 2.1 miles away was out of their delivery range. If your 2 miles out or more don’t waste your time if wanting delivery.

I had never had Jimmy John’s until this location opened, and now I’m so glad it’s here! Their subs are delicious and well-worth the money. Everything tastes very fresh and the meat is especially good. The bread is baked daily and both the French and wheat are excellent. The staff is always friendly and quick to do «custom» requests like light mayo or adding cucumber(I’m picky). People at my office, which is located nearby, get JJ’s all the time and think the food is great. Try the Beach Club, or the Italian Night Club! Their natural-style chips and(giant) cookies taste great, too. If you use the delivery service, your order really will arrive quickly as they only deliver within a 2-mile radius. FYI, I have never had them mess up an order. If you don’t request it, they will not cut your sub in half, and I’ve forgotten to do that, but that’s it. Happy eating!

Horrible food, horrible service. Love Jimmy Johns, but this location needs to close or be sold to someone who cares about their investment.
