I love this Albertsons store. The employees are friendly, the store is clean, and I never have a problem finding what I need. The store layout is perfect and it makes sense (unlike Safeway). Their selection is great as well.

New owners means prices go up and selection seems to go way down. I remember Joe Albertson and the care and pride he consistantly gave to all his customers. You will be hooked on Lavash Nails, no fooling around and the job. This is their 2nd salon with the other in SEA TAC by the airport. That way they can get you ready, coming or going to a Major EVENT, you look like a star. Boys and Men will be stupified at their good luck with finding your Radiant and Honest Beauty. They may place themselves in harms way to provide you with safety.

This Albertson’s has the best staff of any Supermarket in the area. They all ways give the best help and service. Prices are decent, variety quite good and they have good discounts. The Deli, meat and produce are always clean and well stocked.

The ladies who work at this Albertsons have been there for years and provide good ol fashioned customer service. There is one who I do not care for as she comes across very aloof and kind of snooty but everyone else is great and they remember you when you come in. I have lived in Lake Stevens for 5 years now and though Haggen is a very nice, updated store, the customer service at Albertsons has won my loyalty.

Not really excited about Albertsons as a hole as it is! Jeez where do I start? Would it be best to start at I’ve found stuff in the deli aisle two months past its expiration, or the employee screaming how bad she hated her effing job? Wait… Let’s go with my favorite. The other employee who decided she was going to remind me that I wasn’t going to get my $ 50 worth of groceries for less than fifty cents «Like that show!». Yeah… Twas a bit pissed! Only reason I ever go in this place is to coupon!

tonight shopping at Lake Stevens Albertson’s I asked a worker where the Peanut Butter was, she says im sorry I dont and walked away, then had to find someone else, and had a coupon for Oscar Meyer «Meat», not Bologna, there was non that said «meat» and also the push on the Albertson club card upgrade, both gals were talking to each other, and then on the way out no one was there, also the gal giving the samples for Dove chocolate was texting on her phone, lol,

If you’ve ever wondered what happened to the grocery business that cares about the people that shop there, along with the community they reside in, this is THE PLACE!
The Lake Stevens Albertsons staff go out of their way each time to make people feel like they appreciate you shopping at their store! Not only that, but I’ve seen them involved in numerous activities around the area as well.
I love that fact that there are still some folks out there that believe in customer service! Thanks guys and gals!
