If I could give ZERO stars I would. The absolute worst. Hey Jim, get a personality, you sound rude as hell on the phone. And get it together, Mary had our return ready for weeks before we ever spoke to you. Why are you you asking us for all of our tax docs and info all over again??? U didn’t forget your fee though did ya? $ 480!!! For the crappiest service on the planet. Needless to say we won’t be back.
