Papa John’s Pizza

Perfect neighborhood pizza hub, with no tables. There’s a couple of benches for waiting for your takeout. I’ve NEVER had to wait! Consistently good pizza. We like the thin crust, and it’s nice and crisp. One time I had a SNAFU with paying online and then also paying in the store upon pickup, and they made it right by me. I appreciate that! They always have specials, the app is easy to use, and the point system gets us free pizzas occasionally. Yay! Thank you Lake Stevens Papa Johns!

We order from this location frequently but last night my pizza looked weird. I figured they were busy and a little sloppy. Not a huge deal until I found this is my pizza. I’m not sure if it’s grass or hay or what it is but it’s not a normal topping. I also found several hairs. This was all under the cheese so I feel like it was deliberate. I called and was offered a credit for a free pizza next time I order but that won’t be happening ever again. I was really just hoping for some sort of explanation but I didn’t get one. Just told it would never happen again.

They are always on time and their pizza is great every time we order! The delivery drivers are always very friendly too! Great place!

I’m surprised by the negative reviews. This is by far the best pizza place around! We recently tried to order the cheese burger pizza only find out that they no longer serve it. They (Anna ?) Not only called to apologize but they gave us extra dipping sauce and upgraded our large to an x-​LG for free. The delivery people are always earlier than expected and the pizza arrives hot and yummy. Plus, the point system is great… who doesn’t like freebies!
Amanda, the general manager, is ON POINT with her customer service skills. Keep up the good work Papa Johns!!!

I would not give any stars if I could. This location must be under new management or something, I hAve been a regular customer but no longer! all the employees here are rude and inconsiderate! i won’t be returning to eat pizza here anytime in the future!
I guess I’ll have to find a new pizza place where they appreciate their customers!!!

I have been ordering from this Papa John’s since March when I moved to Lake Stevens. The last three times, all within the last month, the place has gone downhill fast. The first two times my order was incorrect and they wouldn’t fix it, or even apologize for it. The last time is the final straw where I have decided not to go there anymore. They double debited my bank account with two separate transactions. When I called about it, I was told by the girl at the store, too bad, call your bank. I sent a complaint to corporate Papa John’s and was refunded the extra charge the following day. No one from this location has called to apologize or explain what happened, no manager or owner. Poor customer service and the girl who answered the phone that day was rude when I asked questions. Never again will I go there.

This review is coming a little late, but oh well.
I ordered two large pizzas, the cookie thing they had just introduced, and an order of bread sticks for the Seahawks party we were having. I ordered online and went to the store to pick my order up. Only half of my order was ready; they claimed they had only received an order of one pizza, one order of breadsticks, and a cookie. The manager was REALLY rude to me accusing me of making a mistake in my order. I understand computers have lapses sometimes, so I assumed it was just that, and told that to her. Much to her disappointment, I was right. It was a lapse on their end. She got a guy to quickly make another large pizza for me while I waited. No apology, nothing.
I grabbed my new pizza, my old pizza (which they did not offer to keep under the heat lamp to keep it warm – I had to suggest it!), the cookie, and the bread sticks, stacked on top of each other. I couldn’t get out of the door! The manager, again being rude, did not help with the door.
Long story short, the pizza they made in 5 minutes (literally that’s all it took) was RAW. It was just dough! Our cookie was overcooked, ironically. Only one pizza was edible and there were 7 of us…
I called Papa Johns corporate to complain about this location in hopes to get a refund (at least for the undercooked pizza) and was told I would receive a response from the district manager. I never did. I called a second time, and again, no response. It is safe to say I won’t be back!!!

Ordered and told delivery time 40 minutes. 90 minutes later I called to check on the order. They had no order from me on record. No apologies or offer to deliver a ‘new’ order. They lost a regular customer.

Order from them once every couple months. Pizza comes hot and cheesy. They’re usually here faster than the estimated delivery window. Love Papa John’s system of building up points to earn free pizzas too.
So delivery awesome, minus one star though because when I’ve gone in for carryout, they’ve just had a «blah» attitude about service.

Great people on he phone and pizza is always here fast and still hot. Plus they through in extra peppers for the family.

Really yummy pizza and great deals! I stopped calling in and just order online. We always get the chicken bacon ranch and bread but have tried a couple other pizzas from there. Super delicious! It always seems to arrive during the estimated time frame and it’s still hot!

I worked at several of the Papa John’s throughout the Puget Sound area, and I can honestly say this is the only one that deserves your money. They maintain a very clean atmosphere (even more spotless than when I worked there years ago) and maintains only food within the date it is still good by.
The rest are owned (or at least run) by incredibly ignorant people who seem to think the key to pleasing a customer is SOLELY based on having the EXACT same number of pepperoni’s in the EXACT same position on the pizza EVERY TIME, causing for lapses in many other critical areas.
