Love Erica they charge way less than I have been spending and it’s a cozy clean comfortable environment. She made sure to match the lashes I already have and very meticulous even offered to give me a free touch up to make sure I was happy. She has definitely made a new customer with me.

I had a special occasion and wanted to have my lashes done! Rhianne took special interest, time and special care on my new lashes! I got so many wonderful compliments … I would recommend them to everyone!

I’ve been back to get my lashes now. Been going for like 4 months. A part from being closer to my home, Rhianne’s work is great. She always takes her time and there hasn’t really been a time where I wasn’t totally satisfied with her work. THIS is where I most definitely be going for my lash and message needs. :) they are also really great about getting you in, in a short notice!

Love this place. Ive beencoming here for 7 months numerous ladies have done my lashes and they are all fantastic. Massages are great also. They are all eager to please and take care of the customer

Had a massage and get my eyelashes done here as well! They always have good, competitive specials for their services. Massage was great! My eyelash extensions were supposed to be a one time thing only, but I loved them so much that I got myself a membership (btw, very good membership prices). The girls do the eyelashes the way I ask and always try their best to accommodate their clients needs.:) Definitely recommend them to friends.

I loved it when Lacy did my lashes. She left for undisclosed reasons. Then Erica took over.
I liked the way she did my lashes. I liked them super long and she made them longer and longer as time went on. Then the nightmare began my eyes began to hurt and overnight I had a sever reaction. I had another lash professional look at them and she said they should have never made them that long and they were not applied properly. My eye doctor said there may be permant damage to my left eye due to the weight of my lashes. But wait if that isn’t bad enough. As I’m home with swollen eyes and an eye patch I get an email saying. They have not taken out my membership fees for the last two months. They admitted it was there fault but then sent me a bill for $ 300 dollars. So this place left me with swollen eyes, possible perminate damage to my eye, no lashes and a bill for $ 300 dollars. Please do not fall victim to this incompantance. I will NEVER go back to this place and I will warn everyone to stay away.

I really enjoyed this place. The staff there is friendly and professional. I had a massage and it was perfect. Stephenie was my Massage Therapist last time but I have had Erika and others as well. Stephenie was really sweet and gave me a great massage. Perfect pressure. I had large knots in my neck when I scheduled my appointment with her. Feeling great now.
I also love their facials. I come out feeling 10 years younger every time. This place is so relaxing and tranquil. I drive all the way from Seattle for their facials and massages! And great service…

Hands down worst massage I’ve ever had. I don’t remember the girls name but the massage hurt the entire time. Her hands were rough and I could smell her feet while I was face down on the massage table. She also kept stopping mid massage to cough and adjust something on her body. I was too afraid to open my eyes and see what she was doing but it was annoying. On top of the pain I was feeling it was impossible to even try to enjoy the massage because of the loud blasting music. I understand they do lashes on the other side but the same music should not be blasting in the massage room.

I bought a Groupon for my boyfriend for a 60-​minute massage. His appointment was at 3pm. We arrived two minutes before and were in the waiting area, first waiting for the receptionist to get off of the phone for 5 minutes and then spent another 10 minutes filling out the release forms. I had no issue with all of this – that was until his masseuse was finished with him by 3:50. We still tipped out of courtesy, but I regret it. I don’t plan on returning for their services, discounted or not.

The beautiful atmosphere in massage room doesn’t make up for the loud unspalike music or the feeling that the walls are paper thin. Music was loud way too loud (noticeable when the therapist is nearly yelling to talk) for what they were playing but if they lower it then you would hear all of the conversations in the very small lobby.
My 90 minute massage special was more 70 I guess you get to count from when you walk in the building not when you enter massage room. My therapist had the remnants of a cold and keep up serious sniffles, just when I was about to recommend she just blow her nose she stepped away to do just that. Unfortunately she didn’t wash afterwards! It is very apparent that massage therapist wasn’t very experienced. Deep Tissue Massage that wasn’t, and never felt as if she was really concentrating cause she was all over the place used her arms pushing rather than hands kneading big disappointment!
Still have a Groupon not sure if I will return

I recently purchased a Groupon for an hour massage and 30-​minute facial. When I made the appointment I cringed when I was told all 3 massage therapists had only about a year or less of experience each. That unfortunately was evident with the massage. I have been getting monthly massages for several years now so I definitely have something to compare it to. I asked for deep tissue but only a very small portion on my back was done deep tissue. The rest was mostly mediocre; not bad but very forgettable. But what irked me most is that the facial was started halfway through the massage! I wasn’t able to focus on the last half of the massage because I was focusing on the facial, plus the massage ended early. The facial was nice though; it was the first I’ve had. When I complained to the receptionist about the concurrent massage/​facial, she offered me another Groupon special (without having to actually buy the Groupon) for a $ 39 hour long facial. So I guess what I would say is do NOT come here for massage, but do try the facial.
