IF I COULDGIVEZEROSTARS, I ABSOLUTELYWOULD. DONOTUSETHISVENDOR. From their website, I called the 310 # listed… no call back within the 24 hours they claim on their website. So a few days later, I call the 818 # listed. I get a call back on Thursday, a full week before my event and speak to Gina. She quoted me, I said great, I’ll get back to you tomorrow as that’s when she needed to know by. She said she was traveling but to call the 818 #. Friday morning, I call her to confirm the date and I also text her. No confirmation back. Monday rolls around and I call her again. No call back from her to finalize details, which started to concern me since the event is this week. This morning, I call her again. She finally calls back and leaves a voicemail. She also texted me with instructions to complete a reservation form. Then she tries me again at 1p and indicated that she needed to hear from me. As I was calling her back, she sends me a text saying they’re no longer interested. WTF?! First she’s not responsive and when I don’t respond in a few hours, she says no to the event, which is only TWODAYS away. Totally unprofessional and uncalled for, especially when I’ve been trying to confirm with her the last couple of days. She indicated she wasn’t in the office to return my call yesterday, but if she could text me, I’m guessing this is her cell phone number. Thanks for leaving me in a bind to find another vendor in two days. YOUABSOLUTELYSUCK.

I’ve had the pleasure to work with Gina and Gary at Chocolate Fountain Indulgence for several of my events and I must say each time they have done an impeccable job. The quality of their chocolate and their dipping options are wonderful. The set up of their display is impeccable. And their service personable and helpful.
