Carpet Castle

We have used Carpet Castle for the last 10 years. They have installed carpet in my personal home, and three rental properties. We tell them the price want to spend and they make it happen. Their carpet suggestions have also kept me from having to replace the carpet as often as I did before we used them.
And if anything, you’re supporting a local business.

Thought I’d add my two cents on this business. Carpet Castle has been offering a corporate discount to my company for more than 8 years, and I have never heard of any complaints from the people I know that have had flooring through this company. While not every job goes perfectly (as we all know), this family-​run store has stood by their guarantees and provided our people with really quality flooring. (I know of at least 40 references just in our company alone).
I am also a personal customer, having had my entire house done (hardwood, carpeting, and ceramic tile). I had an issue with grouting shortly after installation, which was a manufacturing defect, and the office manager had someone out the day after I called to resolve it. It’s been perfect since.
Last note, I consider myself to be a diligent consumer, and I don’t buy unless the price is right — Carpet Castle beat the surrounding competition HANDS DOWN, by a blue mile. I brought an estimate from the next closest, and they beat it without a question. Not only that, they saved me from buying a really expensive carpet that I thought I wanted, and directed me to an identical one from another manufacturer for almost $ 750 in savings. Three years later, it looks brand new.
If you’re looking for quality floors at the lowest possible cost, from people who still care about customer satisfaction and reputation, this is the only place to go.

Their guarantee is worthless. My parents have had constant wrinkling in their carpeting (installed 8 or 9 years ago) at the top of their stairs, under beds that never get moved and have solid furniture around the perimeter of the rooms. The last they heard from them, they’d come back out and make it right, yeah, never happened.
