The check in process for a table is unorganized. Orders are repeatedly incorrect. Staff lacks professionalism not to mention my drink glass had a huge chip out of it and my drink was transferred from chipped glass to new glass. Not a fresh drink. It will be a long time before I return if ever. Better take out than in eat in option!

I’m not much of a fan of the big chain restaurants. I can’t even tell you the last time I went to a Friday’s, Applebee’s, or Red Lobster, but I like Chili’s. I like the margaritas, the chips and salsa, and the enchilada soup. These are the only things I order, but they all make me very happy. I like to come and sit in the bar because margaritas are always 2 for 1 in the bar and you always get free chips and salsa in the bar and chips and salsa are one of my greatest vices in life. I never know when to stop. I’m very into soup. I love a good soup and Chili’s Chicken Enchilada Soup is one of my favorite soups anywhere. I order it every time I go to Chili’s. If you’ve never had it, you should try it. It is creamy, and cheesey with just a little bit of spice. They sprinkle tortilla strips and cheese on top. If you are still hungry for dessert might I recommend the skillet cookie.

Staff are personable, knowledgeable, witty and very friendly. Because this restaurant is one of few in the area, the staff seem to have personal relationship that transcend«basic restaurant courtesy». Apparently you can call ahead and request/reserve seating. I’ve never heard of something of this sort in other Chili’s Restaurant. But as I said, it’s probably due to the the fact that this Chili’s is in a small town. «Other than that», it’s your Basic Chili’s Restaurant. ENJOY!!!

I’m a Happy Camper if I can get a solid three star experience from a national chain and that’s exactly what happened here! So I had things to do and places to go and I wanted a quick meal and adult libation. I blew in here a lunchtime on a Friday and the ATMOSPHERE was exactly as expected and that’s a good thing. It looked like every other Chili’s. I noted that everything appeared to be spotless. My bartender was over-the-top friendly and quick with my first House Marg. I was pleased to note that even though it was the house version it was not premade. She tried too hard to get me to sign up for their email program but backed off when I growled just a little! Even with that slight slip my CUSTOMERSERVICE was solid. My burger arrived quickly and first impressions were excellent. This was one beautifully plated burger. You could tell that the cook took some care when they built the plate. Fortunately for me, second impressions were also just fine. My $ 9 burger was cooked to my specification and juicy and the fries were hot and crispy. You couldn’t ask for much more from a chain burger so my FOOD was above average for sure. I was easily in and out in well less than an hour. If I was cruising down Route 27 again and looking for lunch I would make a point to stop here again!
