Complete Sliding Doors & Windows

This company has not been able to show up on time 4 times. They over promise and under deliver. They tell me it is a family business and issues can come up and they are sorry. However they do not appear concerned about the cost for the customer who has to take time off from work 4 separate times to make the appointment that never happens.
Totally bad customer experience. I was professional with informing them about my frustration and disappointment about their lack of commitment to a scheduled appointment. Their response was cold and definitely gave the impression they were not concerned about the customer. They made no attempt to apologize or reschedule.

Great service, great staff. Always happy to recommend this company to anyone. I have worked with them through the years as they’ve grown, and they continue to be an exceptional company that values their customers. Thank you complete !

Completely incompetent business, from top to bottom. I question these other reviews. Horrendous technical and customer service. This business lied about missing appointments, were late multiple times (they had to come back), and installed broken (low quality, and incorrect size) screens without informing the client. Ultimately they were asked to retrieve the screens they installed and the client went with another service provider. I can’t believe this place is afloat. Just plain unprofessional.

I called Complete Sliding Doors on a Monday, they sent a technician (Adam) on Tuesday. He called when he was on his way, he did an excellent job and explained everything. My sliders and screens now operate effortlessly and I am extremely satisfied.

If Unilocal allows for a less of a rating I would give it. Complete Sliding Doors and Windows are a horrible company from the owner to the quality of work.
The came out to replace the rollers on our back siding door, which they did the door now slides easy. However now the door does not line up with the lock. The technician told us it was supposed to be like that and left. We called the office multiple time and spoke to one of the owners (or the owners wife not sure) and she said they would only come back out if we paid for a service call ($ 95) to come back out to fix their poor work. Then she tried to blame our 20 pound dog for messing up the door???
Finally, the send someone out who made the door worse, the left side of the door is ¼ inch off. there is a ¼ inch gap on the top right side of the door, so of course the door does not lock.
After many phone calls and a very rude owner (or owners wife), I spoke to the owner Brian who said he would come over to check it out the following day. I took leave from work to meet him and of course he call to reschedule after I had already left work.
Well Brian never showed up, so we had to call and they finally sent out Adam. When Adam came out he looked at the job and said it was not done properly and fixed it. It lasted about a week before the door slowly start to drop again on the left side. I called Adam and left a message for him to call me and walk me through what I need to do to fix it myself. He did not return my call, so we started calling the office to ask if Adam would call me and talk me through the repair. He finally called me while I was at work so I could not fix the door, he told me he would stop by the following day at the end of his shift between 5 and 5:30 pm, again I took leave from work and no show.
Well my wife has called the office several times since and she gets the owners wife who is very rude, and has no sense of customer service. I am surprised that they are still in business. I am shock that they where listed on Angie’s List, which will be my next review that I write.
I have never bothered to write a review for a company I was displeased with or had a bad experience. I always thought it was not worth my time, so it has got to tell you something that I took the time to write this. Beware if you decide to us Complete Sliding Windows and Doors, they do poor work and have horrible customer service. At this point I can only hope Karma comes into play and they get what they deserve for all the other customers they screwed over.
