The worst service i have ever experienced! Soon as you buy something and sign for it their done with you! won’t call you back. don’t care if you’re happy with their products! I will never buy anything else from them! Make sure your happy with what you buy because you will be stuck with it! Don’t recommend them to anyone

I have had 3 different accounts with Conns. I have had numerous account errors that they feel they have the right to double and triple draft from my banking information that has been loaded on my profile to make on line payments monthly. I cannot understand the business ethics behind the continued accounting errors they practice month in and month out. As an account holder that has never missed a payment ever. I am now asked to send a copy of my bank statement. Yes my personal information to them to correct their error. Now understand that they have already abused the account information of mine they already posses. I have been on the phone with them over 2 and one half hours from Friday the 27^th thru Monday the 30^th. They have doubled and now tripled to an account that is paid in full how can you apply a payment to an account that is paid in full… They DON’T KNOW!!! IT’S NO WONDER THEY ARE BEING INVESTIGATED FOR FALSIFYING QUARTERLY LOAN DEFAULTS.. They believe they can treat these type of folks any way they would like because they don’t believe they can shop anywhere else. CONNS that is your only advantage to a real BIG BOX retailer is that you take the risk however don’t abuse it. That makes you less than your name CONNS.

I wish I can give this place no stars but Unilocal insist me of giving a rating. Do not buy furniture from here! I bought a $ 2000 couch two months ago and the seams are tearing off, the cushions are cheap not worth $ 2000 I got CONN!

Conn’s is the perfect name for this store. Because I feel like they are conning their patrons out of a lot of money. As I walked around the store I was shocked… appalled would be a better word. I saw items such as TV’s that were literally twice what I’ve seen them in other stores. I almost feel like since they finance themselves they feel like they can also stick it to there customers. I would never waste my time going back in this store. (There was another Conn’s close by that is now closed. I can see why, and this store will follow suit I’m sure).
