This place hovers somewhere between fantastic and amazing. The food is excellent, everything is spotless and the staff are really friendly. There is nothing else around here like it. You really need to try it.

Literally the BEST breakfast place! The food was delicious, and the staff was so helpful and gracious. My husband and I will be eating here from now on!

Yummy food. Loved the lobster benedict, worth the $ 14.95. The décor is great. All at our table enjoyed their breakfasts. I shall return!

I’m floored by all of these positive reviews. When I visited here for breakfast, it was busy and I was looking forward to trying it, based on all the positive feedback from others on Unilocal.I have never had a more terrible breakfast. I ordered the crab cake benedict, and I couldn’t even finish one. The crab cakes were made with cheap crab, overpowered with an awful mix of spices, and made me nauseous after one bite. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone that likes quality food. If you have terribly poor standards when it comes to food quality, maybe you’ll like the place… Maybe.

While visiting West Palm (and my mom) I am always in search of a good breakfast spot. Well, I must say that this restaurant far surpasses good all the way to greatness!
From the moment we arrived and were treated out from to our server Jessica and the gluten free toast we were not disappointed with any aspect of our experience this morning at Eggscetera Café!
I ordered an cappuccino and omelet with grits; my mom had the veggie omelet and everything was above our expectations.
The owners were sitting across from us and were very friendly and helpful! You can tell that these people have 30 years experience in the restaurant business because it shows in every aspect… We can’t wait to come back!

Awesome! I love this place. The omelets are great. I was not a huge fan of the plain pancakes, but the blueberries pancakes are a hit. I would suggest only get flavored pancakes. I also had a 7 buck mimosa which comes with a personal mini sparkling wine bottle. The potatoes are to die for. Be sure to top off ur heavy meal with the 3 dollar cappuccino! Food came out super fast and waitstaff was prompt

My friend and I found this place when looking for a place to eat. They have breakfast and lunch foods, and it was so hard to choose, everything sounded so good! The place was packed! The service was wonderful and very nice. We got lobster eggs benedict, which was famtastic! Then we also got French toast and pancakes. If you like sweet maple bacon, then you’ll love their bacon, if you don’t like the sweet bacon then choose a different side.
I definitely recommend trying trying this place!

My daughter and I went here today and it was absolutely delicious! Of course the people that own it had a fantastic other restaurant so I wasn’t surprised. We had breakfast my daughter had a cappuccino which she loved and the lobster w spinach and fresh tomatoes eggs Benedict. I had a sausage and Swiss omelet w fresh mushrooms and onions w delicious grits and she had strawberry pancakes. We will be back to try lunch. Great job Peter and Peggy!

Love this place someone finally got it right for breakfast mind you on the weekends the place is packed and for good resin food was great servers even though they were overwhelmed were still great would highly recommend this place for a great breakfast

Maybe this place was having an «off» day after the holidays because the service was less than mediocre and the food was average at best.
When my friend and I got there, it took 10 minutes just to take our drink order, a cappuccino and mimosa. My friend flagged down the hostess who said, «no one has been over to take your drinks?» To which we replied, «no.» My friends cappuccino arrived however my mimosa did not. Another 10 – 15 minutes went by and the waitress came to take our food order so I asked for water. She says, «you never got it?» I thought to myself, «not unless it’s invisible.» But I politely say,“no.“
After we were done with our food it took way too long for the check to arrive and even longer for them to check us out. After reviewing the bill, I realized we were not comped for the mimosa or poor service. I flagged down the hostess and asked if she could check us out. She apologized again and quickly took our bill. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Had breakfast with my son. Eggs benedict was pretty good. Server would not refill my son’s kiddie cup and it was not a cheap cup of juice :(Probably won’t be back any time soon. NOT kid friendly.

I had the Lobster Eggs Benedict annnnd the Steak & Eggs since I used to small portions at these places, but to my delight I had to pack my steak and eggs to go, awesome service great food I will be back… I highly recommend this place for anyone the menu is very extensive

Amazing breakfast spot close to home on lantana and jog !! Great service and amazing food!

This place is SO good that we returned back to back on Saturday and Sunday.
Large menu with something for everyone — their specials on the whiteboard sounded great and we ended up trying one of them.
To make this short and sweet… food came out in a timely manner, service was great, delicious food with a nice portion, and a pretty killer peach Bellini. ;)
Overall, if you’re looking for a satisfying breakfast or lunch, I’d recommend giving Eggscetera Café a chance.

I came for lunch and will be back for breakfast. And lunch too. I popped in to get a bite to eat on the way home yesterday and it wasn’t a bad idea. I remember it being a pizza joint for a long time before it was transformed into a really nice breakfast place not too long ago. The owners had the right idea and it shows in their service and their food.
I wasn’t in the mood to have breakfast twice in a row, so I settled for a light lunch. I got the strawberry spinach salad with grilled chicken breast. It was served in a tortilla bowl topped with pecans and a raspberry vinaigrette dressing. The huge portion didn’t scare me and I ended up finishing most of it before I left.
The prices are reasonable and the service was exceptional. Our waitress was quick and friendly as well as keeping our table clean and glasses full. I really wished I didn’t look at the photos since I want breakfast now. Hey, I think I still got time before I pick up my little one from school ;)

I was looking for a breakfast place in lake worth that is not a dive or dinner.
I got the egg chill and the salsa was was so good.
These guys can cook.

Solid, reasonably priced breakfast spot with great service. My friend and I both order the Montréal which was eggs on top of corn-​beef hash with cheddar cheese on top. I chose potatoes and an english muffin to go with it. I’m never really blown away by breakfast at restaurants but this was about as good as you can expect from this type of food. The combination of the items made for a lovely, greasy meal
The portions were very large — we both came hungry and left totally stuffed. Not bad for $ 9 each. My coffee and water were never empty and our waitress was extremely friendly and attentive

This place has real potential to break a 15 year streak of restaurants that didn’t make it in this spot. The food is fantastic and the owners attention to detail and pleasant demeanor makes you feel at home.
Omelettes, steak and eggs and pancakes all got glowing reviews from my crew. The outdoor seating with the big ceiling fans makes a suburban strip mall seem like a bit of an oasis. The wait staff is very accommodating and the owner is always onsite (I love that!)
I’ve been there every weekend since they opened. It is a very welcomed addition to the neighborhood.

Newly opened and long lines but we were up early on Easter and decided to try it. We were seated immediately outside, nice and cool, comfortable chairs. The waiter was extremely attentive and very personable.
We ordered the eggs, french toast, bacon. I liked the eggs, french to easy had a touch of cinnamon which was good, the bacon reminded me of hotel bacon… disappointing.
The other order was the all American. He felt the eggs weren’t as good as mine, home fries needed seasoning, over all he felt it was ok and not. worth waiting in line for. He also felt like they rushed us.
I liked it more than he did and I will be back with a friend.
