Nic was a rude person who was rude to the two customers out of three that included me. I was treated very disrespectfully. First the very quite and nice girl in front of me made a request on how he should arrange her sandwich and was met with a loud«I have no idea what you are asking Me» she was taken aback. When he got to me he broke the system and was jumping from station to station. I assume this store operates like all the others and one person takes the order starts sandwich, second person puts toppings and third person rings out! Nic had a better system in mind I guess! I then waited and finally told him about the system that Henry Ford invented and Subway was using and how it really worked well and he replied that he did not build cars. He made a few more smart ass comments before I cursed him out! I will not recommend this store and will just go to Publix.

Subway followed up with a check on whether their procedures were followed including gloves, food temperature readings, and any other reports from customers. This included use of videos. They found no other reports of illness(doesn’t mean none occurred), and no violations of sanitary procedures or high storage temperatures. I am satisfied that this was an anomaly and will patronize them in the future.

After ordering the«all day, every day» egg and cheese flatbread, I was told by possibly the unfriendliest employee there«please no breakfast orders after 11am next time.» I said, «it says all day every day???» her response was she had to do something different in the computer for it. Oh, my apologies. If operating your computer is too much trouble for you, I won’t trouble you«next time.». I’ll just go someplace else next time. By the way, I was there on Sat, sept 15 around 12:30 and was rung out by a female, so you can figure out who the employee was. Kudos on correcting a customer for doing absolutely nothing wrong, Subway!
