They basically own the HVAC Maintenance at our complex in Wheeling. Very nice and professional, they got the job done quickly. BUT their prices are EXTREMELY HIGH. The appointment lasted about an hour. I was charged $ 311+ for a $ 31 part. I am a business owner and understand having to make a little profit, but we certainly dont charge 10 times over the cost of our products. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I will NEVER use them again.

They have serviced our heating and air conditioning for years. The techs are very professional and honest. A few years ago they replaced our air handler for the AC in the attic. It was at least 100 degrees in there and they didn’t complain! They removed the old one for us. Their prices are very reasonable!

Love these guys. Easy to work with and very professional. Replaced our hot water heater, which was a pain since it was in a very small area. Left work area very clean and made sure everything worked properly before leaving. What was quoted to us was all we paid. They do what they say they are going to do, call when they say they will and show up when they say they will! So glad there are still businesses that respect their customers.

We had them install our furnace and AC unit many years ago. Both continue to work fine. We also have had A&T servicing with checkups in fall and spring. Their crew shows up on time and does a professional job.
