Called to have my roof inspected for hail damage. Was told they had 300+ calls and would come out in a week. Two weeks later, AAES vehicle drives by my house, stops for 5 – 10 seconds, drives away. Never heard from them since. Apparently they didn’t want the job and weren’t even courteous enough to do the inspection or even call. I wholeheartedly refuse to do business with companies that won’t even keep appointments or return calls — and I advise others to do the same.

I would definitely recommend this company to everyone! It’s very reliable and trustworthy. They are always prompt and take pride in their work. I have used them for several months, and have always been happy with their service.
