I have been there several times for a hair cut and you can’t go wrong with either Melissa or Kimmy!
I also hear Izabella and Sami are awesome Estheticians, but have not tried them… yet!

I saw Sami for eyelash extensions and I can’t say enough how obsessed I am with my fluffy full lashes! I feel so pretty and girly! She’s uhhmazing, like the lash fairy or something heaven sent like that! First and foremost you can tell she’s been doing this for sometime now and is very attentive to her clients. She made me feel so relaxed and comfortable, I basically was in a state of zen the entire time she was working on my lashes. It’s a longer process than party lashes, but it’s worth every minute. The lashes she uses are high quality; and you can tell because they are so light weight! I’ve had simple party lashes done before and they hurt, were heavy, droopy and started falling off instantly. Not these puppies though! I feel like a movie star with these lashes and it’s so nice not having to worry about putting on mascara. They last about 3 – 4 weeks all depending on your day to day habits, like how hard you sleep or how much you might rub your eyes. I highly recommend treating yourself to some sami lashes, I promise you’ll be hooked! I CANNOT WAIT FOR MY FILL IN!

Amazing customer service! From the minute I walked in the door, I felt taken care of. The first time was a very rainy night. My umbrella was taken and I was given a fresh towel to dry off with and offered a beverage. During my pedicure that night, the electricity went out. The staff jumped in with their cell phones to light the room and get the job done. We laughed and told ghost stories too :-) In the end, I had an amazing pedicure that looked perfect! On my second visit I got a manicure and again was warmly greeted. I’ve never had a nail tech talk to me about the colors before picking a polish. It was nice! Again the conversation was great during my manicure and my nails look fantastic! Too frequently when you go to a salon you feel like just another customer. That is not the case here. You leave not only feeling pampered but as if you’ve just made a new friend! I will definitely keep coming back.

I’ve been seeing Melissa for my hair for a few months now. Wow I’ve never been happier!!!
It’s been years since someone has been able to give my hair the proper cut! I have a difficult texture and my hair is neither curly or straight and styling it is a oak unless it’s cut just right. I finally found someone who can do it!!!
The salon is beautiful and cozy with a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Bridget, the owner is very helpful. Scheduling is a breeze.
I would highly recommend it.

Love this new salon in Lake Zurich! I’ve become a regular facial customer (Izabella is great!) and have noticed awesome improvement in my skin. Sold! :)

I LOVE and highly recommend Bailiu! I started coming here shortly after it opened and fell in love right away. The owners and staff are very friendly and welcoming and the spa itself is warm and inviting. I’ve had my hair cut/​styled and colored with highlights several times and am always very happy with the results (I even tried a new style that I just love!). The technicians take the time to consult with you to ensure you get exactly what you want and look best in. I also really like going to Bailiu for my mani & pedi’s. Not only do my nails look great but it’s also true spa experience, plus this place really clean (unlike regular nail salons — yuck!). I definitely recommend this place and am looking forward to trying a facial next!
