Cedar Lake Assisted Living and Memory Care

This is a brand new building. They treat my grandmother so kindly. She is walking better then she has since before she broke her hip three years ago. They have loads of activities to help with memory. Grandma often enjoys participating in trivia games, movies and therapy dog visits.
Family members can join their loved ones for meals for $ 10. I haven’t taken advantage of this option yet, but my mother and brother have and gave good reviews of the food.
The decorations are beautiful and feel upscale. The staff are all so kind and communicate any issues with us that we need to know.
They offer outings and medical transportation. They work with the local library so grandma can be in a book club
It is so nice, after always hearing bad things about elderly care facilities, to find that this one does an outstanding job.
We live close enough to drop by often and the staff has gotten to know us.
