Nothing but a bad experience from the beginning. Incompetent sales rep took the order and measured wrong… TWICE! Blinds came in and didn’t fit. She ordered for the wrong type of mounting. The installer re-measured and re-ordered the blinds. A month later he came out to do the install. This time HE measured wrong! One set was too big. He removed a piece of wood trim at the ceiling to make them fit… they still didn’t fit… so he took a hammer and a chisel and chiseled out part of my wall… they barely squeezed in. They are so tight that the vanes hit the wall and don’t close properly. Horrible customer service. FORGET THEM and keep shopping ELSEWHERE
