Price was changed after I was quoted (as in the discount offered was no longer valid when I wanted to proceed). Was lied to and told I qualified for invisalign so I proceeded with getting pictures, x-​rays and molds made (for $ 400). Which I would not have went through if I would not have qualified for invisalign. I was insulted when I asked if I could make payments on the $ 400 so I just paid it in full. I asked if the orthodontist could release records to my dentist and they were very hesitant and my dentist said that it wasn’t anything like she has received from other orthodontics in the past.
Went for another opinion and when I called for my records the staff was very rude, condescending, and would not release my molds. Although I didn’t start any work there and paid in full on the spot for them (the molds) I was told that molds are not released and that the doctor would submit records when he was available which wasn’t until the end of the day.
