James did an amazing job! Very responsive, easy to schedule and arrived at exact time of appointment. Had Masterclean do 3 very high traffic rooms with substantial foot traffic and pet stains. The carpets turned out beautifully and now one would never know that they are 16 years old.
VERY satisified and will be having them back to clean the upstairs soon. Highly recommend!

Top notch service, great pricing, flexible schedule. We had Jim clean a few of the high-​traffic rooms in the house and he was very efficient and upfront with pricing. He accommodated a busy schedule and made sure we understood what products he was using and what we needed to do to take care of the carpet. All around great service.
