This florist must have new owners. I couldn’t have been more pleased! I needed several arrangements for a bridal shower I was giving. They worked with me to create arrangements that were not only better than I had envisioned, but twice the size that I expected for the budget we had agreed on. They delivered them exactly on time. The flowers were so fresh that the fragrance was amazing, and they lasted two full weeks after the event. It is three weeks after the event now, and I’m still getting calls for the name of the florist. Truly amazing. You should have no hesitation in trying this florist.

While home recovering from surgery, Lake Zurich Florist delivered flowers on Friday, 8⁄1 and Saturday, 8⁄2. My husband and I were in the lower level of our tri level home when we heard the front screened door shut. When my husband went to the door, the flowers were sitting on the table in our foyer! Yes, the delivery person entered our home without permission. We called the florist, who seemed shocked, assuring us that he would be spoken to. The EXACT same thing happened on Saturday.
Bottom line, if you don’t appreciate strangers entering your home uninvited, don’t order flowers from Lake Zurich Florist!

If you are looking for a new florist… keep looking!
My experience was far less than satisfactory. The online picture which I ordered fell extremely short. It looked NOTHING like the one pictured.
When I brought this to the attention of the representative in the store, I was made to feel that it was my fault — AND– was also advised that if I had received what was pictured online, I would have been even more dis-​satisfied.
My order was placed by telephone and I was told for the premium price, I would receive more than what was pictured…
Not true!!!
The only offer was to send something more (after the wake and funeral) was far too late. … .no thanks I will take my business elsewhere.

I consulted Lake Zurich florist for my wedding. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the designer even gave me her cell phone number in case I needed to reach her. She even designed a center piece for me as an example to help me decide on what I wanted. Although I ended up going with a different florist, price being the main issue, I would recommend any bride give this florist a shot at designing and quoting for there wedding. It was not that they were overly pricey, I’m just a bide on a budget and found another florist more within my price range.
