They need to stick to BMW and AUDI, they don’t know exotic cars and have no experience with different models of cars they are trading in. You will get better deal if you sell on your own or trade in elsewhere.

Found this place when my parents bought their Porsche here. Great Customer Service. We’re not in the market for a car now, but we always use their service center. I always get my oil changed here and it’s actually cheaper than going to my old place.

Walked in to the dealership and were never greeted by any one. We were there 15 minutes before leaving as no one offered to help us.
One bald headed man (salesman I think) was on the phone yelling at someone to bring the damn car back or else! It was a heated exchange.
No one ever attempted to speak to us and the female greeter wouldn’t even look up! We ended up buying a used BMW from Motorwerks an hour later.
We love our new car!
