Hall’s Gulf Service

about ⁵⁄₂₀₁₂ my wifes car would not start so I went to jump start with my hot shot but it was not charged enough, AAA and they sent halls gulf to tow car to STS but the driver tried to jump it which he was not supposed to do, he was switching the cables around, then he still could not start it so he towed it to STS.
When it got to STS they jumped car and it started right away, but they noticed that the dash board did not work now, it did work when she drove car to work, so «I called halls gulf and they tried to blame me, and refused to do anything to correct their mans inexperience and told AAA that I did it and when AAA and halls gulf was informed that I am ASE certified master tech and have been in the automotive repair field for over 50 years they refused. to talk to me and AAA stood behind them so I had to put out $ 350.00 for another dash cluster, and I put it in myself.
I tried to tell them I just wanted the part money and they told AAA no and that thier man was trained which he was just hired to be a tow driver and I could see he had no experence.
I, would not recommend this place to any one as they lie and do not stand behind what they do and put the blame on you, they refuse to correct their screw ups. their website would not take a complaint, and the wife and husband get nasty with you and refuse to talked to you, and insist it was my fault.
I am just writing this now as I just found this site, I tried at the time to write on their web site but it would not go. this was 2002 Pontiac grandam GT1 in excellent condition, mechanic owned.
