I came in to do a return and was the only one in line. Manager brought it to cashiers attention I was there. Kyle G the general manager left area before my return started. I waited over 15 minutes for him to come approve the return. Meanwhile another return was done on another register and she started waiting as well. Cashier called Kyle 3 times and sent someone to look for him. Supposedly he was helping someone although there is a clear view of the entire store for tall people and he was nowhere to be seen. Cashier tried to wring someone up in third register but must have logged in to too many because that person had to wait as well. Kyle G. Finally shows up and dies his thing. Not once did he apologize to me for making me wait over 15 minutes. All I can say is WOW. At least he apologized to the woman that was trying to buy something and was only standing there for 5 minutes. Guess how long line hot with one cashier and no register to use. Very disappointing. Furthermore, the one time I did use salon I waited 30 minutes for my appointment so I would not recommend salon services.

What a disappointment! I should have expected it given the frustration whenever attempting to use a coupon at this place. I called and made an appointment at the brow bar for 1:20. I arrived at 1:10. The brow bar employee was talking to another employee and didn’t acknowledge me until I walked and stood directly in front of her. Then she said, «Are you okay?» I told her I had a 1:20 appointment. She told me that she was the person I spoke to on the phone and that she would be with me in a few minutes after she finished talking. Then a lady walked up and clearly had an arrangement for a wax. So the horribly rude employee then told me that there was a mix up in booking and would I like to wait. Um, no! And I will never ever return to that store again.

This(newer) Ulta location in Lakeland makes me want to lower my rating for the one closer to me in tampa. Holy crap, it’s huge and so much nicer! Even better, each brand has the full line of products instead of being limited like the citrus park location, AND they have a brow bar. where yours truly got her brows done(and they look fab). The Benefit brow bar is a tad pricey(20 $ for a wax, shaping, etc) but it was more than worth it. They look amazing and I also discovered a product that they used which worked wonders! Benefit’s «gimme brow» which helps volumize the hairs. I also highly recommend the Philosophy line for skin care. I picked up a handy kit that has their full size«Purity» cleanser with a free .5 oz of their«hope in a jar» moisturizer. I’ve only been using these for a few days, and already my skin is healthier looking. And last but not least, if you love bb creams, I’ve found my holy grail. Also from Philosophy, the«a to z» bb cream is absolutely perfect. I will never use anything else. Service was perfect as usual, they are SO helpful even if you’re a makeup/skincare newbie and have no idea what youre looking for.

I have visited to locations in Lakeland looking for the perfect natural arch and was never able to find a location I could trust. I visited this location a few weeks back and I left with the perfect arch. Many in Lakeland get their brows done at a nail salon or attempt to do their own brown and end up with a 2 week long surprised look because their arch is too high or what not and I just did not want to go down that path. I used to have to travel all the way to Orlando but no longer will I have to face that dreadful traffic filled drive. Thank you to Alyse for giving me a perfect natural arch. Im glad i found a location I can trust. And thank you for asking me and verifying exactly what I wanted before starting. Youre kind and courteous as well as talented.

I was so excited to check this location out for the first time! My friend and I walked in after doing a bit of shopping in other Merchant’s Walk shops. We had a mini cart from Marshalls, quite a few bags packed neatly in the cart, one 22 month old child in the cart seat, and a 2 month old in a harness across my friend’s chest. We didn’t exactly have free hands. As soon as we walked in, before being greeted or being able to say hello, one of three employees standing at the front said, «Sorry, you can’t bring that cart in here because it’s not ours… and we don’t have any.» Completely dismissive, no offer of maybe putting a few bags behind the counter so we could leave the cart outside. Yuck — what a lovely attitude to have, especially when you are a new business opening during the holiday season! Shop Sephora.
