I am new to area and pleasantly surprised to find a Subaru dealership in Lakeland. I was having some issues with my Subaru so I called them and was impressed from even the gal that made my service appt. Then, when i arrived at my appt time I was greeted by Jon Siegel. He was very friendly & attentive to all the issues I was having with my Subaru. All was resolved and my car was washed as a bonus. Thanks Jon for taking extra time to go over some features on my new outback that are confusing.

Their service and professionalism sucks… I inquired and applied for credit on a used auto. Here. My yearly salary was questioned, and made fun of… Cletus and his «manager» had a good laugh at me, but I will let everyone I know about how they really treat people…

Purchased a Buick here yesterday. Walked in with tons of research and Dave, the sales manager immediately cut to the chase. The entire staff was polite, professional and more than efficient. They over-​delivered on extras and met our budget requirements with a smile. Cannon was the fifth Buick dealer we had conversed with and stands head and shoulders above the rest.
Most of us are leery of car dealers, and in many cases, deservedly so. These folks are a breed apart. No pressure, just an interest in fulfilling your needs. Special mention of Adam in sales who worked tirelessly on all the details and Kristine in finance who handled the paperwork with a calm professionalism.
We will probably go out of our way to have our Buick serviced here in the future.

You will really enjoy working with this team. They have been family owned and operated since the 50’s. They are committed to customer satisfaction. I bought my first car here after college. I love my SRX. The service team i second to none! I look forward to seeing my friends at Cannon.
