I just moved to Lakeland and of course I’m looking for great food. I walk into this place and my goodness is it packed. So I’m a bit overwhelmed so I take a trip to the restroom just to kind of gather my thoughts. I come out and I’m greeted with kindness. Waitress is fantastic and she’s not treating me like another«customer» More like family. I ordered the Linguine Ciao Bella and boy was it good. I have to admit that this was the best Italian dish I have ever eaten. The sauce was flavorful. The shrimp were humongous and had a great snap to them. Scallops were perfect and clam were on point! But, something that made my experience a 5 star rating. The owner of the restaurant is in the kitchen checking on the cooks. She’s helping the waitresses. She’s got family in and out of the place it was amazing. She sat down with a little girl to talk about he origin of Italian pizza and it just made me feel like«wow this is really a family restaurant» Hats of to all the associates here. My meal was amazing. Thank you guys for welcoming me to Lakeland!

Man this place some really good pizza! I have also had the brochette but I have not had anything else there. Maybe I should try something else but it’s hard to stop having a good thing recommend you give it a try.

Great Place for thin NY style pizza. The crust is thin and crispy, while the sauce is tasty but no overwhelming. Some of the best pepperoni I have tasted. Very good pizza! Garlic knots are also very good. If you are a pizza snob, you should love this place!

We always stop when in town for spring training. Never had a bad meal. The pizza is thin crust and fantastic the subs are on fresh bread and great but my favorite is the antipasto salad with their home made dressing. Wonderful try it you will fall in love like me.

The pizza is the best in Lakeland. I love it! Better than palace pizza downtown In my opinion and cheaper. High quality cheese, sauce, and dough. I would have rated higher if the entrees were good. Unfortunately, the entrees are weak. But as I said, the pizza is phenomenal. Real Italians!

Small cozy place. NY style thin crust pizza rocks, very nice and fast service. So glad we found this place while visiting, it was exactly what we were wanting.

Ciao Bella is a small, but refreshing pizza restaurant. Inside is small, but full of energy. You can order by the pizza or by the slice. I have ordered carry out about 3x and have loved the New York style pizza every time. I typically order a 18″ sausage and an 18″ Margherita pizza if I am feeding a group of 4 or 5. I will just stick with 118″ if I am only feeding myself and my wife. I was hooked on the 18″ because of the special the restaurant has on Tuesday’s. The pizza’s are on the expensive side ranging from a small cheese 10″ for $ 6.95 to an extra large cheese 18″ for $ 11.95. The margherita pizza only comes in large 16″ and is $ 16.99. The sauce to cheese ratio is perfect for this new style thin crust pizza. The sausage is extremely small and scattered around the entire pizza. It looks like sausage shavings. This is thin crust, but the slices are extremely filling and the crust is always crispy. I am always greeted by the Italian female worker who always asks me «What-a will-a you be a having?» I fall in love with the restaurant every time I come in. I order my pizza and then walk next door to the Publix to pick up groceries on my way home. In 20 minutes my pizza is always ready. The specials can change so I don’t want to put them on here, but they do have different deals Tuesday-Thursday.

As an Italian, the food was excellent for all in our party. Excellent sauce(rare to find for an Italian!), the pesto gnocchi was fabulous! My kids even said the sauce was better than mine! :-(. Family run & family recipes. Highly recommended!

Kid you not this is the best Italian restaurant I’ve eaten at, 100% Italian owned, two waitresses were very nice and tentative. Started off with a whitebean soup and wow it was hearty, creamy with a subtle taste recommend this as a substitute for salads, the garlic knots are a must ORDER! Don’t hesitate in shopping by to eat!

We have only had the pizza, but always very good. It’s a family run restaurant and Mama is generally keeping an eye on things and taking the money.

Ciao Bella had excellent food and great service. We started with the garlic knots that came out fresh, warm, and delicious. Then we had the calamari. They were also fresh, lightly breaded with a side of sauce. We ended with a Hawaiian pizza. The sauce and cheese were very authentic. Great flavor but light. The dough was excellent; nice and crispy. The staff was speaking Italian and Italian music played in the background. If you live Italian, you have to stop here.

This restaurant obviously pays Unilocal to filter out bad reviews. Their pizza may be ok, but the Italian cuisine is bland and tasteless. $ 46 for a sub par lunch. There are much better places out there less than a mile away from this store.

We found this place via Unilocal.Very happy. Service was fast and friendly. Food very good. Liked the marinara sauce on my Eggplant Parm. Was a little surprised that it didn’t come with garlic bread. My friends had the Calzones and said they were good. Atmosphere is so-so but clean enough. I’d go back.

Not super special but decent NY style and better than chain pizza for sure. Sicilian deep dish as well. Thin crust was tasty and loaded with toppings. I asked for extra crispy and they nailed it. Good location close to I-4. Good service. Good food.

Verrrry good. Try the gnocchi pesto. And the Ciao Bella pizza with pepperoni and sausage was also a winner!

This is the best place for Italian food. Pizza is outstanding… stromboli to die for. Authentic Italian food… gray family business. Will be accepting poly dining cards soon… ask first.

Good Italian Food. We chose to come here based on the reviews here. They did not lead us wrong. This gem is located in a strip mall by Publix, and is a great restaurant. The portions are generous, and there is no fee for sharing. The service is excellent. I knew I was in for a treat when I heard the waitress speaking with the kitchen staff in Italian. The beer and wine selection is small, but you should be able to find something suitable to your meal. If I am ever in the area again, I will come here again.
