Service was great as well as the breakfast. It’s been awhile since I’ve been here. The only complaint I ever had was slow service, but that was not the case today.

Great breakfast. Best pancakes ever. So glad they built one close by. We eat at Cracker Barrells all over the country.

I had breakfast here and it wasn’t too shabby. Service was just in the okay side. Now as for the cooks, I don’t understand why I had to send my eggs back three times. It seems they hired a breakfast cook who only knows how to make over easy and scrambled. I wanted over medium and had to settle for scrambled. Just kinda sad.

I went to this Cracker Barrel yesterday and it was amazing! The service was the best and so was the food. I also had the perfect table because it was in front of the fire place. I will definitely be returning to this Cracker Barrel!

It us over priced. Two slices of bacon, two eggs, pancake 3 small, two sausages, hot chocolate and a cup of coffee. For 17.00. And do not order a side order one pancakes because I guess it does not come from the same kitchen. Will never go back

Last week I suggested that spoons be included in silverware packs. This week a different location and guess what… a spoon was included. Good going CB.

I generally like Cracker Barrel restaurants when I travel because the food and service tend to be pretty good and the food comes out quick. However, this Cracker Barrel seems to be the exception. Today we were seated quickly, then it took ten minutes for a waitress to come to the table. Unfortunately, she wasn’t our waitress but took our drink orders and said she would send our waitress out. Our waitress eventually made it to the table and took our order. After waiting some more and requesting our waitress and then the manager to check our order, the food finally arrived. Two of three orders were incorrect. From the time we were seated until the time the food arrived was over an hour. The last time at this restaurant(several months ago) we had a very similar experience. The quality of the food was typical Cracker Barrel — pretty good.

It’s hard to beat breakfast at Cracker Barrel. Service is quick and the food is excellent. One quibble is the relative lack of healthy choices. But then again, who goes to a Cracker Barrel for their health? On our most recent visit I enjoyed three pancakes(two would have been plenty), egg whites and sausage. Wow! I’m not proud to say that it filled me up for the day. My wife was more modest, choosing biscuits, bacon and eggs.

Friday lunch with my coworkers. This was the first time I visited this Cracker Barrel and I was impressed. I have always been a fan of the Cracker Barrel restaurants so this was not only a treat but like visiting an old friend. I enjoyed myself as we all did. I just had the vegetable plate(greens, pintos, Mac & cheese and baby carrots). One of my coworkers is new to the Cracker Barrel deal so this was an experience for him. I gave him a little history and let him know that I had never had a bad meal or bad service from any Cracker Barrel restaurant in any of the cities that I have traveled. Also Cracker Barrel is the first restaurant I look for when traveling or moving to a new city. We all had great service from Rebecca and the food was absolutely delicious! We will definitely be returning.

Love the gift shops… I like the food but I love the Gift Shop more… lol!!! Especially at Christmas time. I buy all of my ornaments from Cracker Barrel for my tree and decorating needs. We stopped to get breakfast off I-40 on exit 20 in Lakeland, TN about 20 miles from Memphis. Tony ordered milk and coffee along with biscuits and gravy with his favorite Hashbrown Casserole. He loves this and orders whenever we stop here(which is not that often). Noël ordered Sausage with biscuits and gravy with side of fried apples along with iced tea. I ordered scrambled egg with a piece of sausage and grits. I love to add butter and sugar to my grits. It was very filling and very good. The ticket was only $ 18 with taxes plus tip. I ordered unsweetened tea with lemon(as usual). Our waitress was very nice. I would stop here again if I am back in the area. Good price Great value and awesome food choices

Really who doesn’t love Cracker Barrel? Everything is always super fattening and delicious plus you get huge portions of food. I love their breakfast menu and they usually have some type of special. On my last visit here, I had the butter pecan pancakes. They were heavenly. The server was super nice and fast. She was covering 6 – 7 tables and I never had an empty glass. I like their giftshop too. Although, it is a little expensive, there are lots of vintage candies and cool stuff to chose from.

I agree with many others that the food quality has SERIOUSLY degraded over the years … along with portion sizes. Last link of sausage I ate from CB was disgusting — cheap quality meat. The hashbrown casserole is no longer tasty and full of flavor as it used to be, almost had to order 2 due to the extra small portions. Not worth it, will never return. I contacted my broker after this experience and sold all shares held for years.

We live about a mile away and go here often on Sunday. Our favorite server is Shannon. Breakfast is available all the time but I love the seafood and sides. Many sides, more than I can contemplate and the food is if not always great at least good and consistent. The gift room is huge and great way to spend time while waiting for other parties to arrive or table to be available.

The food was tasty and would get 4 stars if I could score it separately from the service. Our server was very nice, no complaints there. What was disappointing was that the food came out at different times throwing the whole mojo off at the table.

So I LOVE Cracker Barrel. In fact, if I know we are within a 30 minute drive of one, I always demand a trip to CB to get my Southern food fix. I love the food, probably because it reminds me of summers at my Grandma’s house in Tennessee. I don’t live by a CB, so it is a rare treat for me to eat at one. My cousins surprised me with a fun dinner out while I was visiting Memphis. I didn’t know where we were going. When I saw the big, olé Cracker Barrel sign, my day was totally made and I knew my cousins do love me! We popped in on a Wednesday night and the place was packed. Even with it being packed, we got great service. Our waiter, who I can’t remember his name, was awesome. He was funny and attentive and made dinner a blast. I love how most CB servers are just a pleasure to deal with. LOVEIT! Our dinners were lovely too. I had chicken fried chicken smothered in Sawgrass gravy and it was as good as any other I have had recently. I had it with fried okra, mashed potatoes, and dumplings. This pretty much was the best meal I had while in Memphis because it reminded me of dinners with my grandma. And it was über tasty. I was a happy girl after this meal! My cousins had chicken n’ dumplings and fried catfish, both of which were fantastic. So, if you have a hankering for some good homestyle food, check out this Cracker Barrel because it will make your tummy smile.

Meh, our server was a little slow in the head. By the time we got bread and salads done, we had enough dirty plates to feed a table of 8. Why he never took them away until I glared at him I do not know. The food quality has gone downhill so badly I don’t think I would come here at my own free will. I was here because the parents wanted to come out tonight…

Where else can you go for breakfast at 8PM? Gets an extra star for that. The food is usually OK. I had Uncle Herschel’s breakfast and PD had the pancake special. You know these menu items have a long list of extras that come with them, all carefully listed in the menu. Service was spotty, over and over again. The first delivery included all of PD’s stuff except the pancakes. My initial service included the eggs, chopped steak, and potato casserole on one plate. WE had to ask for the biscuits, and then the butter, and then the jam, and then the gravy and grits and then the maple syrup. Not sure of the exact order that we had to keep asking for stuff. Two different servers plus our original waiter. I had ordered a glass of milk to come with the food — I never saw that. Well she enjoyed the pancakes. I would say my potato casserole, the grits, and the biscuits were good. The eggs were a little underdone for my taste, the gravy was lumpy, had obviously been microwaved and had not been stirred enough. And the chopped steak? It lacked the proper dimensions to be a hockey puck. I didn’t get my glass of milk, so I drank my water. And then one of the servers started to top it up with iced tea. He stopped when I squawked, but then left me with a quarter of a glass of weak iced tea. And they did try to charge us for the milk at the end until I pointed out that I had not gotten it. Ambiance is typical Cracker Barrel. You have to go through a gift shop to enter and exit the restaurant. Like a ride at Disney. And one more thing. PD is very partial to her real maple syrup. That was one thing that Cracker Barrel always got extra points for. Well now they serve 100% Natural Syrup, composed of 55% maple syrup and 45% corn syrup. Just not quite the same.

Coffee is good and fresh. Not the best, but super for 3 pm on Sunday! It IS open on Sunday!!! Like all day.(Description said it is closed on Sunday.) Like the low carb menu items and new fresh items on the menu. While Cracker Barrel service may be a little uneven at times, the food is almost always good, especially at this location. Server was very help in helping find gluten free food. Gift shop is always interesting and normally we end up buying something. Cracker Barrel doesn’t pretend to be something it’s not. It is what it is. If you like good solid food, you’ll like i here. True, some of the reason it tastes so good is fat, butter etc., but they also provide good alternatives for persons wishing to keep carbs, fat etc. to a minimum. Definitely try it.
